We just finished a 3 night stay at this location. Tony was a very responsive host and the unit we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice quiet balcony. The unit is second floor, so it’s hard to truly appreciate the ocean view, but it was relaxing and peaceful, and we enjoyed the time we spent out there. The couch was comfortable and big enough for 3. Overall a very nice space and happy to have enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows. The pool and hot tub were great and it’s just steps to the beach.

Great view, too cold to go to beach. Great spacious unit. Well appointed and host was patient with all my questions. Everyone felt at home. We did all the laundry snd left the place tidy. It was like home.

Fun mid-winter break

We especially appreciated the extra light from the edge of the building windows; and the extra square footage of space. There was fine value for the price and the furnishings were fully adequate. We certainly would stay here again.

Great family vacation!

Loved this property! Lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Fabulous large porch with comfy chairs. Great places to eat nearby. Literally 100 yards to the beach which was never crowded! Pools are nice as well.

Beautiful place

Great Labor Day Weekend!

This condo was a great corner unit and my daughter declared it her favorite we’ve stayed in on this property! We have been to Cinnamon Beach several times and my kids love the property because of the pool and quiet beach area! We aren’t fighting for beach space and can really relax. We had a great experience with this property!

Very Nice condo!

Unit is very spacious with lovely décor and furnishings. Large master bath/bedroom. Kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes and glassware. Very short walk to beach access point.

We visited the area to see family, and there was plenty of space for them to visit. The beach has rocks and reef that makes swimming difficult (if not impossible). The proximity to St Augustine and Flagler Beach is great.

Stayed a month

The property was very spacious and clean. The owner was very accessible and helpful. The location was fairly close to the beachside pools, about a 5 minute walk. It was hot, so any refreshment we felt from the pool, was long gone before getting back to the condo. Would recommend driving, but parking may be a problem. Renting a cabana was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

January Retreat

It was so nice to be in Florida during January and the first week in February, and away from the cold in Northeast Ohio. This condo provided everything we needed, and in a secure gated location close to shopping, restaurants and nature preserves. Also only a 30 minute drive to either St. Augustine or Daytona Beach.
