One acre fully landscaped with lawn, pool and inground hot tub. Well suited for children with a playground + trampoline or for a couple wanting space and privacy. Off site dedicated property manager, all utilities & pool/spa/yard maintenance included.

The main house has 2 master bedrooms with King beds (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). The home also includes a detached pool house with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, bathroom with steam shower and pull out sofa bed. It is a perfect flex space to relax, exercise, or host additional guests.

Amazing Home -Great Location

Everything about this home is great. Well maintained home in West Reno close to everything. Amazing walking trail directly behind home which we took advantage of. All amenities were as described. Great communication with Owner and Property Manager when needed for basic questions. We loved this home so much we tried to stay longer but owners schedule conflicted with the dates. We will hopefully be back soon! Thanks for making our home away from home a wonderful experience.
