Inside VILLA ARAGON, a sliding glass door effortlessly connects the dining area to the lush garden and inviting pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining table for eight, and a cozy living room complete with A/C, a flat-screen TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and a selection of board games for your enjoyment. The minimalist, colonial-inspired open-floor layout offers a stylish and functional space perfect for entertaining—whether you’re sharing pizza with friends or preparing a Costa Rican-inspired feast.

For your comfort, the villa includes three spacious bedrooms, each with A/C, ample closet space, large windows, and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with an all-glass shower and a soaking tub. The two additional deluxe bedrooms feature king-size beds and share a hall bathroom.

For groups of more than six guests, we offer flexible sleeping arrangements: either convert the indoor terrace into a semi-private room with curtains and A/C, or opt to add twin-size beds to the existing bedrooms—allowing you to keep the terrace as a shared living space.

Our dedicated staff is on hand throughout your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly, including maintenance of the pool and garden areas.

VILLA ARAGON also provides secure parking for up to three vehicles and is wheelchair accessible (just ask us for a ramp for easy entry), ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Whether you're planning a romantic escape, wellness retreat, friends’ getaway, or family vacation, the villa offers a peaceful and versatile setting. A variety of on-site wellness services and activities are available, including yoga, massage therapy, surf lessons, salsa classes, live music, and private chef experiences. Just ask, we’re happy to help you plan something special!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. This includes the terrace with an outdoor pool, gazebo, lounge chairs, hammock, portable barbecue station, tropical gardens with fruit trees, and a private natural trail that leads directly to the sea.

For added convenience, we offer a laundry service so our guests don’t have to worry about doing laundry during their vacation. We will leave a basket inside the house where you can place any clothing you’d like washed. Just let us know one day in advance so we can coordinate the service. Please note that the laundry area is not available for direct guest use.

You can relax by the pool, enjoy the garden, or take a walk along the nearby beaches surrounded by lush nature. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to offer an authentic, private, and comfortable Caribbean experience.

VILLA ARAGÓN is directly managed by its owners, Martha, Alejandra, and Ricardo, who will be available before and during your stay to answer any questions. They will ensure that you have all the necessary information for a smooth arrival and a comfortable experience. Additionally, they offer a personalized concierge service to help coordinate activities, transportation, wellness services, and more, according to your needs. They will always be available by message or call to assist you with anything you may need, while respecting your privacy at all times.

Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send the house rules so you can review them before arrival and follow them during your stay. It’s important that the main guest shares these rules with the entire group to ensure there are no surprises for anyone.

The pool is cleaned two to three times a week. We make sure to clean it during the early hours of the day to avoid disturbing our guests’ peace. If for any reason you see maintenance staff, don’t worry—they are there to ensure the pool remains spotless throughout your stay.

It is essential that guests keep the main gate closed at all times, even if they believe they will be leaving soon. This is for the safety of everyone during your stay, so please make sure to keep the gate closed at all times.

Check-in is personalized, as we love to welcome you in person. However, if guests are planning to arrive very late, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed with check-in in those cases.
