Why they chose this property
This land has been in the family since 1928. The home was built in 2019. There are Railroad track that run along the west side of the property that the train to NYC travels on. When the trees are full it is still very quiet. The tracks were re-layed last year and the Acela is whisper quiet.
What makes this property unique
The property is very quiet and private. Once the foliage is in you have to point out the house to someone from the nearest road. Wetlands on three sides and a state forest on the fourth give you as much privacy as you could ever want.
