3 Bed 3 Bath Exec Chalet, Hot Tub, quiet area

This vacation Chalet is only available for the period of December 2024 to January 5, 2025.

Our house is an attractive, spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom Chalet about 5 minutes from our private underground parking spot 50 yards from the base of the Blackcomb Gondola. that is included in the rental. Relax in the living room or family room beside one of the two fireplaces. Amazing private covered outdoor hot tub. The house also has an outdoor covered firepit area with heaters and comfy furniture that is perfect for winter outdoor gathering.

Great quiet location yet close to skiing. Private reserved parking spot at the hill makes skiing a breeze.

Please note that due to Whistler Municipal zoning this house is only available for a 30 day or more rental period. However, during December 2024 and early January 2025 we have priced it equivalent to a 12-14 day rental over the Christmas and New Years period.

The house is only available for a maximum of 6 occupants (best for 3 couples).

It has a large gourmet kitchen with a wall oven and microwave and stainless steel appliances. The center island is equipped with a gas cook-top. The property is set up to sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms with a King and two queens (3 couples works perfectly) plus a double futon in the upstairs loft area. One wood burning fireplace and one gas fireplace augment the atmosphere.

Cozy comfortable surroundings and furniture on a quiet street in Alpine Meadows. Located close to Whistler Village and on the municipal bus route. Ten-foot ceilings and comfortable furniture and a touch of winery decor add to the relaxing holiday experience of Chateau Chardonnay.

This house is perfect as an adult oriented house ideal for three couples. The house arrangement works excellent for 3 couples or a family combination requiring 3 bedrooms with only three beds and three full bathrooms. The house with white carpets, soft fir highh end dining table and other decor is not suitable for young children below 16.

In addition to the three bedrooms, we can make available good quality foamies for use in the loft area or adjacent one of the beds.

It is a short distance to the base of Whistler or Blackcomb. Municipal bus access is close by and with a level walk. It's a 6 Kilometer (4 mile) drive to Whistler Village and the base of Whistler or Blackcomb Mountains.

Bedroom arrangements are: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 single comfortable foamies available for use in the loft or in a bedroom.

This is NOT a party house for singles groups and there are specified limited noise volume times (after 10 pm etc.) as there is a totally separate and totally self contained basement suite. You should not notice the suite occupants at all but they may hear you.

Alpine Meadows
This is a beautiful home in one of the best neighborhoods in Whistler. The owners left so many personal touches in the property; which really distinguishes it from a typical rental. In addition, over the Christmas period we were treated to all the festive decorations - which really made our stay super special. It offers discerning renters a true 'home away from home' experience. The owners are super attentive and immediately answered any queries we had, even on Christmas Eve ! We will definitely return.

Great home for ski vacation
Our family stayed here over New Year for a week of skiing. The home was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and great hot tub. The location is a few minutes drive from the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

Feels like a home!
The house was great for us as we were 3 couples. Hot tub was amazing after heavy days skiing and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked! The beds were super comfy and the master bed was so big, you could get lost on it! The street is nice and quiet and everyone is so friendly. The alpine cafe down the road is great for lazy nights, breakfast and lunch if you don’t fancy cooking. Although the town is only a short drive too. A car is a must but driving around is easy. And Ernie’s instructions are very detailed so you won’t struggle finding the place. I would recommend parking lot 1 if you are spending over a week skiing but you need to buy a monthly ticket for $50 instead of paying $10 per day. Well worth it if you are early skiers as it gets full pretty quickly but it’s only a short walk to lifts. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you Ernie

Fantastic house, really comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
We arrived on December 23rd, straight off a flight from London, to a beautifully warm and welcoming house , complete with Christmas decorations! Ernie & Lori could not have done anything more to make our stay a truly wonderful experience, the house exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is even better than the photographs. The beds are incredibly comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, hot tub fantastic after a day skiing....everything was perfect. Thank you

Great home!
Beautiful home located in a quiet area of Whistler. I stayed here with my family for 4 nights over MLK weekend. The home is well organized and kept clean. Prior to arrival I worked with Ernie who was very responsive and sent us some additional area information making our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time staying here that we'll definitely look here first for our annual Whistler ski trip.

The photo is of us at the start of the Men's Downhill Race during the 2010 Olympics. We owned the prior Chateau Chardonnay since 1995 when we bought it with partners and have just upgraded Chateau Chardonnay to a different house in 2015.

Why they chose this property

Whistler has awesome terrain, tons of snow and lots of village activities. This house has a level driveway, a great layout for small or large groups, one-level living except for the two additional bedrooms, is in a very quiet neighborhood and is a short 5 minute drive to the village and 7 minutes to the upper parking lots on Blackcomb that provide access to both mountains. It is in a great location for both winter and summer activities.

What makes this property unique

The house is very comfortable and extremely well laid out with excellent separation of the bedrooms to the living areas so some can sleep while other socialize. With two separate living areas that can be opened up to each other, your group can enjoy both separation and/or togetherness at the same time. It is a short drive or bus ride to the Village lifts and action, yet a very quiet and tranquil location. Also a very short walk or bike ride to the Valley Trail and Meadow Park Recreation Center.
