Clean, comfortable and great location.

Easy access to amenities, good food, ski areas. If skiing recommend taking Cottonwood Connect rather than UTA buses to ski areas. Porcupine great spot for food. Alpha coffee - great breakfast fare.

Utah Ski Vacation Stay

Great location off at the base of Little Cottonwood. Can’t get better access to the resorts. Daylight basement apartment, in a very nice house, safe neighborhood, clean and quite. Looking forward to returning.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable - the property was as described. You could hear noise above but nothing out of control. There were fans, humidifiers, and heaters in the rooms, which were very appreciated.

Secluded, well appointed, and comfortable.

After visiting Zion & Bryce, we came back for a day of exploring and learning about Antelope Island and to be near the airport. This basement apartment had everything we needed to make breakfast and pack a lunch for out outing. Beds were comfortable and laundry was handy.

This is a basement apartment set up for skiers. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Snowbird and Alta without traffic. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive with the stay. It has a kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, pullout couch, washer and dryer, fans and space heaters to dry out your clothes after skiing, and plenty of parking.

I gave it a low rating mainly because the listing was misleading. It did not state that the unit was the basement of an occupied home. Only after I paid the full amount was this information disclosed and then it implied that the owner did not live there full time. Although the owner was really nice about a couple of requests, the noise from upstairs disturbed our sleep a few nights. There is no soundproofing (we could hear them sweeping). Had I know the arrangement of the unit, I never would have booked it. Also, the use of Evolve (the billing program/service) is very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend units that use this service.

Nice little place

This space was great for what we needed. It was small but we don’t need a lot of space for just 3 people. The kitchen is really a kitchenette. Just a small mini fridge and two burner electric cooking stove. Small toaster oven and microwave. This was an issue for me because we usually like to cook meals when we stay at these places. But the lack of fridge space didn’t really allow for us to buy much groceries. There was a large ice chest available but for me it was more hassle than it it helpful. The only other down side is that the walls (and ceiling) are paper thin so the first morning when I thought I’d sleep in, my husband and son having regular conversation in the living room might as well have been in the bedroom with me! When the people upstairs were home we could at them walking around. This was not much of a problem in the evening though. The place is easy to find in the day. We did pass by it the first time but it was 10pm before we arrived. The instructions you receive via email from the manager are detailed and easy to follow, just remember where they came from so you don’t get frustrated trying to find the email like I did! Communication from the manager was also great. He checked in with us a few times. The only thing that was a little lacking was the check out instructions. Usually there is a binder of information so I hope I did what was required. I felt kind of bad not really doing much. All in all it really is a great little place and the location is AWESOME especially if you plan to go up the mountain to either Snowbird or Alta. 20 mins (no snow). There are also some great hikes within a 5 minute drive.

Great location, comfortable accomodations

Convenient location and spectacular views of Little Cottonwood Canyon, the apartment was clean and comfortable for our two teenage boys, my wife and I. We will stay here again if it's available on our next ski trip.

Location is perfect for skiing at Snowbird or Alta. 15 minute drive straight up Little Cottonwood Canuon Rd. The 2 bedroom basement level apartment was fantastic! Newly renovated. Spotless. Great host!

Ski Getaway

This location was perfect for a ski getaway. Great views of the mountains plus easy access to the UGA buses taking us to Alta. Definitely recommend this location.

Extremely clean and nicely decorated.

This was a very clean and cute basement apartment. Very convenient to all of the places that we wanted to go to and the view, once you got out of the basement, was absolutely gorgeous. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating.

Beautiful home in the mountains

Clean, spacious, located near all amenities, and hosts were very accommodating and hospitable . Beautiful area next to lots of bucking, parks and restaurants.
