PARADISE FOUND!

An absolutely perfect place for an amazing escape from all the busyness of our daily lives! The view is incredible and the area is peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and the host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this wonderful home!

BEST spot in New Smyrna

This house was such a great find. It i ls directly on a quiet beach -one house from the Canveral preserve. We saw rocket launches from the deck and amazing sunrises. Close to everything yet off the beaten track. We had the best time! So thankful that the owner shares this slice of heaven.

Spectacular setting!

Just spent a glorious 4 weeks at this wonderful place. The position of this property would be hard to beat - truly spectacular! The multi level decks are great. The house has everything you need and was very comfortable. We had as many as 10 people and it still seemed spacious. John was very speedy and lovely replying to my many questions in advance. My advice for anyone considering renting is: DO IT! I would love to return!

Loved the porch. It could be a bit buggy when the wind wasn't blowing but in the afternoons with a breeze it was amazing. Lots of wildlife to view as it is near the nature preserve. We loved the evenings around the fire pit. Bring your citronella and bug spray and enjoy the view.

Perfect beach vacation!

What a great house! Not many 5 bedroom homes on the beach, so this was great for our large family. Love being able to walk right out to the beach. The kids were in the water all day! The outdoor space was great too. We enjoyed hanging outside under the tiki hut during the day and sitting by the fire at night. Inside was comfy with plenty of space. It was nice having the upstairs and downstairs, we never felt crowded. The owner was easy and nice with communication. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Wonderful place near the natural beach

Nice place with plenty of room. The patio and covered deck right on the beach. We expected a lot of bugs, but it was surprisingly few. House was outfitted well and we fixed several meals without anything missing.

Private beach house at New Smyrna

Our group from Colorado and Florida stayed at the property for 4 days. It’s truly a unique spot. So very close to the national park with few people on the beach. We had a great time and the house was perfect and easily accommodated 10 adults. Loved the Tiki hut for happy hour. Hope to stay there again !

B-day weekend with friends

Surprisingly enough, there are very few weekend rentals ON the beach. So, when I found this one I had to take advantage. The location is great, pretty secluded so you can really enjoy the beach (without droves of people crowding your personal space). The house was a good size- not a mansion, but adequate for our group of 10 adults. We enjoyed the outside deck area and did a chill BBQ our first night. Be prepared- mosquitoes and no-see-ums will get you if you’re not. We had citronella candles and tiki torches, but found that the Repel wipes worked best! It was turtle nesting season, so had to keep it dark at night- no problem. Happy to oblige Mother Nature.

This was the perfect accommodation for our family reunion! We loved that we could walk out the back door and on to the quiet, secluded beach! We certainly enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evening and catching glimpses of shooting stars and fireflies! There was plenty of space for all 11 of us to stretch out and relax.

Secluded Beach, Great beach, Great House, Great Patio, Great location, Bugs were not that bad but when we got home to Atlanta we noticed we had a couple big bug bites. Still loved every minute of it. Also the owner is very nice and relaxed. Grilled out and hung out at the beach all day, fished, absolutely perfect! We stoped her on our way back from Miami, much better than the crowded not very nice Miami beachs. Miami is great but they don't have the best beaches and they are packed.

Private beach get away

Pros: The owner was very responsive when messaged; beautiful location and private beach; stocked kitchen in terms of dishes; washer and dryer on site; basement area included a living room type area which was great for the kids. Tiki patio was awesome for beach and there are several sand toys and towels for use there (no beach chairs though). Cons: Window coverings missing in one bedroom (online pictures showed them on the window, upon arrival, there was nothing on 2 windows in the bedroom making it difficult to sleep and for privacy); one of the basement bedrooms is directly below the kitchen and you can hear every move being made by anyone upstairs. The chairs moving and the patio door opening would wake me up immediately. You don’t know it until you check in, but the owner requested, for efficiency purposes, to keep the thermostat at 76 degrees. Rarely did the air conditioning keep the house at 76 degrees, it was frequently warmer. Bugs were horrible at dusk (nothing to do with the house itself) and our family chose to stay inside during this time - we tried every bug spray to no avail. Bottom line - for the price, this house is good. You can’t beat the view and the private beach. The owner is very accommodating and very responsive as well.

Happy to hear you have a wonderful week at the beach and am sorry critters were is high spirit this season. The reason window coverings were missing was because we installed brand new windows and door. Enjoy.
