What are you waiting for? Go ahead and reserve this beautiful studio condo today. Bright and nicely decorated open concept unit has everything you need for a great vacation stay. Equipped with a nice kitchen area that has a full-size stove and fridge, plenty of cookware and dinnerware for those who prefer to cook. A new queen mattress and box spring for your sleeping comfort and a pull-out sofa bed for the kids or up to two more adults. Internet and 43" smart cable tv are included. Both the large swimming pool and baby wading pool are right in front of this condo, just a few feet from your door. The area behind the complex is a wonderful place to get competitive in a game of corn hole or let the kids "burn some energy."
Ready for a refreshing dip in the ocean? Want to let your creative side shine through building sandcastles? The private beach access is directly across the street and you can be there in 5 minutes! Later in the day you might decide to cook on one of the grills located on the sound side of the facility or relax in the gazebo or other seating area watching the boats go by. You will be located near several fantastic restaurants, beach shops and many area attractions such as walking trails, putt put golf, playgrounds, bumper boats and other fun family activities. The NC Aquarium and Fort Macon State Park are always crowd-pleasing places to visit. You might even consider booking a fishing trip on one of many fishing boats for hire or taking the family on a water taxi adventure! The fun times will be forever etched in your memory and you will want to come back year after year!

Atlantic Beach

Nice spot. Practical, not a lot of frills but clean and functional. The pool area is very nice. The sound is literally in the backyard and the beach which is beautiful is about 150 yards across the street.

Great stay at a just right lovation

Quiet, friendly people, relaxing. Large pool. Great views of sound in the back of the property. Easy to cross street to beach.

First trip of summer

Enjoyable location. Pool was nice and clean. Best served as a couples retreat. I failed to read trhw description completely i thought it was multiple rooms. It is a single room unit. It is updated and fresh. Bed is comfortable sofa not so much. Pricing is on par with stay. Beach access is great pool was great. Close to everything .

Short Getaway

We have stayed in other units at Bogue Shores before, but I think this was my personal favorite. While all the units are modest in size, the owners have made great use of the whole space and we love the location overlooking the pool and just a short walk to the beach.

Our annual stay at Bogue Shores.

We have been visiting Bogue Shores for 20+ years. Stayed in different rooms. This room by far has had the best shower we have had there. Over all enjoyed the room, maybe needing some updates in the kitchen but overall we liked it.

Cute!

Will definitely be staying again. Only thing I would suggest is WiFi an updated tv/cable and perhaps 2 small porch chairs but those are not in property description so listing is accurate. We had a blast and the area is so cute!

Another great stay

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to this great property. Clean, cozy, and comfortable, with all the amenities our family needed for our trip to Atlantic Beach. We loved the easy access to the pristine, uncrowded beach, our daughter enjoyed the pool immensely, and we took advantage of the terrific sound views each evening at sunset. As with our prior visit, the owner was super communicative and the check-in process and all visit logistics super smooth. The wi-fi is fast and the Roku TV made it easy to find something to wind down to each night. We'll be back!

Great getaway!

Had a great time at Bogue Shores, as we always have. Just so many things to do, beach, pool, fishing, kayaking, shelling. You never have to leave the property for fun! This particular condo had everything you could possibly need and more. We thought we had everything and it turned out we didn't, but the owner put together a welcome basket and that item was in there. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your getaway!

Nice getaway

It is a nice little place for a quick get away. Everything was clean. I didn't understand the whole take out your own trash since someone comes in the clean up the place, but since it was only me, I only had a small box of trash so easy peasy. Nice little dock at the back of the hotel on the sound side which was beautiful to sit and watch at night. The pillows were great but the bed not so much. I slept on the couch the whole time, but I'm old and spoiled by my sleep number bed. You can't beat the price for being right across the street from the beach, but also sound side where you can fish off the dock, AND have a pool. I would definitely recommend for a quick get away!

an Atlantic Beach gem

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, cozy and convenient. The entire property is very well kept, with a huge space for enjoying Bogue Sound in the back, and a really nice pool and deck in the front. All of that is topped off by a 3 minute walk to a secluded beach access. We couldn't believe how much space we had on the beach during an August weekend. The property owner was prompt and communicative, and the welcome basket delighted our daughter. Very laid-back and family friendly atmosphere. This property is a great value and a perfect choice for a family beach getaway. We definitely hope to make it back next Summer!

Atlantic Beach Studio Stay

Very cute studio with everything you need, comfortable Queen Bed, very clean and beachy decor. It would be nice to have a total of four bath towels for two people. We only had three for the 4 nights we stayed with two showers each day. A note on the complex: it would be nice to have a restroom closer to the pool. An inconvenience to run back up the stairs to our room to use the restroom each time. Otherwise, a great place!!!

Cozy & Quaint

The property is exactly how it is described and depicted in the listing. The check-in process was simple, and the hosts have thought of everything you may need while away from home, and have provided it. The space is clean and decorated nicely with fun colors and a beachy theme. The location of the property is right across the street from the ocean. There are stores, shops and restaurants nearby. All of the people we encountered during our trip were very thoughtful and friendly. We planned a last minute Spring Break getaway, and wanted to go somewhere we’d never been before. We chose Atlantic Beach, and we loved it there. We will definitely be returning this summer, and if this property is available, I will book it again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

something CREEPY in shower

The beach was replenished this past March so it was very soft sand and all targets were VERY deep.. Could not get in the water because of big waves. Rain every day we were there.. but it was fun. Everyone was friendly and the pool area was nice to sit around at when it was not raining. We did have a creepy thing we noticed in the shower and forgot to tell the manager about.. At the soap dish and around the faucet in the shower there is light coming from the other room at times.. felt like we were being watched when showering so we hung a beach towel there to cover that area of the shower. CREEPY Room 237 Bed needs updating as it was old and lumpy... when we arrived the bedspread had a slimy trail across the corner.. someone had too much fun 😂.so we pulled the bedspread off and slept on our covers. I say this place is about FOUR STARS but I am nice 😀

THE BEST OF ATLANTIC BEACH !!!

Have stayed here before several years ago, but this trip by far was the best experience we have had at Bogue Shores! We met wonderful, caring, down to earth people a few of whom reside there, and others just like us, who were guests renting. Everything about our room was wonderful. Clean, bright and just perfect! All our needs were met. The owners made sure we were to be pleased because of the attention to detail that was spent on the room, it's contents and the wonderful surprise that was waiting for us inside. It was really very special. We lacked for nothing. Did not want to leave!! I felt while there, as if that haven was all mine. I treated it as though it was my home. I loved the decor and the way the owners made good use of the space in the room. It just felt right being there. Thank you again to the owners. Although we never met, or spoke on the phone, we are ever so grateful to you for providing us with a place that had everything we wanted. What a memorable time we had in your vacation getaway. A blessing to us to be there. I hope we can return.

First thing.. note that this building is a former motel. Therefore the "condos" are actually motel rooms , indeed like a studio. This condo was clean, smelled a tad strong of disinfectant though considering it was during the pandemic, this was a 'welcome' smell if that makes sense. It is cute, brightly colored and fun. Kitchen has everything we needed but we didn't find the toaster/toaster oven. Otherwise everything we needed was there. Our situation was that we had extended family staying across the road at Dunescape Villas which ARE traditional condos. But for me and my daughter, this condo was just fine as we had breakfast and lunch there and was half the price of Dunescape. The extras like paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper etc are included. The unit overlooks the pool so nice location. The pool is a great pool, kept up and modernized. My daughter slept on the sofa. She (and I as well) felt the sofa itself was much more comfortable than the fold out bed. Of course I recognize that traditionally, most sofa beds are not so great as beds. The sofa was fluffy and comfortable so she should put the sheets on the sofa and didn't fold out. I would have like a light blanket , comforter etc as an extra to use for the person on the sofa /sofa bed. The extra sheets were there but it still would have been nice to have had a more traditional spread or cover to add to the top sheet. That aside the condo was great for 2 of us!

Total waste of money (bugs, bugs, bugs)

Before booking this place i asked the host, do you have bugs, specifically roaches? "We have an exterminator come out every month, but if there is a problem the property manager will help you, she says." That should of been my clue!! We checked in at 5pm, went straight away to the beach then the pool then got food. Get back to the room at 9:30 pm. As I'm preparing coffee pot for the next day i find a huge roach in the coffee pot water reservoir. I think oh no. Well to make a long story short, i stay up all night on roach patrol, killing off and on all night, as my little boy sleeps. We immediately check out the first thing in the morning. We booked 3 nights, i sent the host a message at 12 am asking for 2/3 of the money back and why I'm asking for it, (Which i was being nice by only asking 2/3). They finally message back at 9:30 the next morning saying my 2/3 refund had been issued, minus cleaning fees and other fees. No apologies, no nothing! Cut and dry business. After saying, not even an apology, they then replied, we're sorry for any inconveniences... really??? Terrible uncaring, cold, host, and then asked me to send pictures of the roaches to the property manager (to help her out), which i did. If this were my place i would of been so apologetic, embarrassed, and instantly refunded ALL the money without being asked, but that's ok, what goes around eventually comes around!. I had two choices, go home or find last minute reservations. I found last minute reservations and altogether ended up losing $600+ on this whole deal. What a waste, but we had a great time down the road at a clean bug free place. I've stayed at bogue shores suites before and we absolutely loved it. The property manager told me (not the host) they were going to get the problem corrected. If they do I'll consider bogue shores suites again, BUT NOT WITH THIS HOST!!! If you don't mind roaches, and possibly carrying them home with you, then you'll love this place and this host, but as for me... Never again!!
