Waterfront condominium association with private access to beach. Main level recently remodeled with new kitchen, half bath, flooring and laundry area. Desk added to living room area for additional work from home space. Upper level includes two large bedrooms and two full baths. Upgraded memory foam mattresses in bedrooms. Short walk to the Cocoa Beach pier! Quiet surroundings in family friendly condominium and short walk to restaurants and shopping. One minute walk to the beach and less to the pool when leaving the condo.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this property. The pool area was so well taken care of and the beach access was perfect. I have stayed in nicer and fancier places but the accommodations were sufficient.

family get away

The property was very cozy, clean and centrally located. The pool area was very clean and family friendly. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation and for everyone to have a great time. We also got to see a rocket launch and that was a great surprise! overall a fantastic place to enjoy the beach!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much, The pool is awesome and the beach is just a quick walk away. Lots of shops and dining close by. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The kids vote to go back again next year.

Getaway before Disney

We stayed here last year and enjoyed every minute of the stay. This year was no different. Everything was clean and check in and check out were orderly. We loved everything about this condo and location!

Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend at the beach

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 30th birthday in Cocoa Beach! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. Tim was so easy to communicate with, very attentive! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Destination

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break in Cocoa Beach. The condo was in a prime location in the complex - corner unit with pool and ocean views. Tim was a very communicative host prior to our arrival and ensuring everything was satisfactory after we settled in. I'd highly recommend this to my friends and family for future stays.

Awesome Cocoa Condo!

Thanks to our amazing host, Tim, for an incredible stay at Cocoa Beach. The booking, correspondence, check-in and stay were all perfectly seamless. The condo was so clean, comfortable and equipped with all of the comforts of home. With the pool, beach access and proximity to the pier, the location can’t be beat! We would definitely love to come back for a future stay.

Family beach fun

We brought three older teenage children and we loved the condo and its amenities! We went to the beach and pool daily. It was an easy 2 minute stroll to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were in the condo. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the pier. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Excellent Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a great location next to the pier for surfing and restaurants with a view of the beach and heated pool. The condo was well stocked with beach gear and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable in the large bedrooms. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Tim was very responsive and was able to quickly help resolve an issue that we had. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

I discovered Cocoa Beach kind of by accident about 10 years ago when vacationing in Orlando. While wanting a day at the beach we drove over to Cocoa Beach not realizing it was so close only about an hour away. While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
