Delightfully quaint Airstream trailer 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minute walk to the beach. Real plumbing and electricity. Cozy and comfy, light and airy, park like setting surrounded with trees and privacy. A/C and heater, year round comfort!
This is a 1969 Sovereign Airstream. It is 31 feet long and has been fully refurbished and made into a "tiny house". It is wired and plumbed just like a real home. It has a good sized bathroom with a shower, seating area, closet area, toilet and vanity. The kitchen has a two burner stove and toaster oven for cooking light meals. I provide all the essentials as far as dishes, pots and pans. There is a TV and also wireless internet. There are two comfortable chairs for reading, watching TV, or just relaxing. The bed is queen size with storage underneath. The trailer is air conditioned and has heat. Perfect year round. It is all new, light and airy, and just plain cute!

About Mike & Tanya
We have spent 27 years in Puerto RIco and just recently moved to Seattle. We are water sports enthusiast, animal rescuers/lovers, world travelers and seekers of fun. We've been doing vacation rentals in PR for several years and now have started 2 in Seattle. Check out all our our newest...Airstream trailer.
Mike & Tanya purchased this Recreational Vehicle in 2012
Why Mike & Tanya chose Normandy Park
This is a really cute alternative to the airport hotels. We've been renting this since 2013 with great success. We are close to the airport, restaurants, and the beach. The trailer is set up just like a tiny house with a real bathroom and shower. Very spacious and plenty of space to store luggage. The area is private and sits in a park like setting.

Cute and quaint
Beautiful renovated airstream trailer that I would recommend to my friends who are looking for somewhere affordable to stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the cute little airstream. It was the perfect location with the short walk to the pier for the sunset, and the little town. A short drive to Seattle for a day trip was great. Clean, comfortable, and the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!
I have utilized VRBO on numerous occasions and I must say that this was one of my favorite locations. As a woman traveling by herself, I appreciated the proximity to the airport. I arrived in the evening and got a little confused trying to find my way to the Airstream, but Tanya immediately answered when I called to ask for directions. I had no other issues getting around while I was there.
The Airstream was absolute perfection. I loved the decor that was chosen and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was a little nervous before I got there because I worried that it might be off by itself somewhere and not close to residences. That was an unfounded worry, because Mike and Tanya live right next door.
I had big plans for the full day that I was in Seattle, but once I stepped foot in the Airstream, I felt the desire to stay put. I went to the Westfield SouthCenter Mall and some surrounding shops, but that was it. I grabbed myself something to eat and went back to the airstream and put my jammies on.
The night I arrived, I had dinner at Wally‘s Chowder House. It was really close to Mike and Tanya‘s place.
The day I was flying back home, I planned to be at the airport at 8 AM. I experienced no traffic while driving from the Airstream to the airport, which was an incredible relief. We live in Alaska, but enjoy occasional trips to Seattle. I’ve already told my husband that we will be staying here during our next trip if it is available.
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights in this sweet 31' Airstream on 10/15-16. It has been a dream of ours to purchase and travel in an Airstream, so we thought it would be cool to stay here while on vacation in Washington.
The inside was very comfortable to get around in, the bathroom was beautifully done and we liked the size of it. The kitchen had everything we needed for coffee in the morning and a toaster oven for heating food. We loved the very comfortable bed and slept well. At night we enjoyed sitting out in the chairs having beers and enjoying the cool air. Very relaxing spot.
We spent our only full day in the area walking the Des Moines trail up the street from The property. The trail is approx 4 miles round trip, paved and follows a lovely creek through lush woods. Very enjoyable walk. We also walked the beach some and had a great seafood lunch at Wallys in Des Moines, good beer too.
We would highly recommend the Airstream to stay in, it is a unique idea, very comfortable, and in a convenient location to the airport.
We were so excited when we reserved it and it exceeded our expectations!
It was adorable and extremely comfortable. It was a very peaceful location - we loved it! The bed was awesome - we were so happy we stayed another night!
Private and an excellent renovation of a classic Airstream. Comfortable and well appointed.
We are within walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks, and the marina district. We are 2 miles away from the Angle Lake link station to downtown.
