Walk inside to the equally impressive space that starts with a guest bedroom and separate bathroom to the right-hand side. Moving on to the large master bedroom, enjoy sophistication with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and private access to the large patio and private reserve overlooking the golf course.
Move upstairs and feel the true sense of golf course living with floor to ceiling windows complete with designer details throughout. Through to the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge, you will also find a private workstation ideal for travelling professionals.
Should you make it past the enticingly comfortable lounge and TV area, the dining and kitchen provides further enjoyable additions, such as built-in pantry with designer appliances, and a separate outdoor spot to kick-back. Adjacent to the kitchen there is additional third bedroom and guest toilet.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
Access will be via self-check in with lockbox. The lockbox code will be available via the guest app 30 days prior to arrival.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
Stay Soudley’s location is set in the desirable Soudley Court adjacent to the golf club house, just a 2-minute walk and a short drive to the Remarkables Mountain range.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
