Stunning Retreat in Warm Sands! Walk to Downtown!

A private escape set against a mountain backdrop, Mountain View Modern lies in the Warm Sands area of Palm Springs, a short walk from restaurants, cafes and galleries downtown.

A lush privacy wall and soaring palms surround the grounds, where chaise lounge chairs line the swimming pool and spill-over hot tub. A tanning shelf lies at one end of the pool and an elaborate fountain feature at the other, reminiscent of an upscale resort. Manicured walking paths wind past a desert garden, cozy fire pit, and groves of citrus trees, including orange, lemon, grapefruit and tangerine. A refreshing outdoor shower, set amidst a palm grove, offers additional privacy.

Spend relaxing days lounging at the pool or fire up the built-in BBQ station for an al fresco meal. An 8-seat dining area, shaded by umbrellas, allows for dinner with a view. As night falls, you’ll enjoy spectacular West-facing sunsets.

For your convenience an Electric Vehicle Charger has been added near the covered carport.

This home welcomes 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.

We loved our stay at Mountain View Modern! The home was very well-appointed and clean! The hot tub was a big hit for the 5 of us. So close to downtown and to hiking trails. Beautiful grounds, too! Exciting to see Costa's hummingbirds flitting in the palms! The rental manager encouraged us to pick any ripe fruit - the grapefruit was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for our family gathering

Very well equipped home. 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen...we relaxed poolside, cooked and barbecued, played games, walked to town, bonded! Communications with management company before, during and after excellent!

Thanksgiving

Excellent all the way around. From check in to check out. House clean. We were there for thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything one could want. The grounds were awesome. Outdoor kitchen great to cook in too. Enjoyed our stay

Amazing House!

What a wonderful getaway! Loved the house and it was so clean! Gorgeous views of the mountains! We loved the pool and hot tub! The communication from the team at Natural Retreats was great. Promptly responded to our questions or needs...so thank you. The home was so perfect for our family. We hated to leave and are ready to return.

Beautiful, well appointed home

This is our second stay here. We love this home. It is well cared for, well managed and has everything you can think of to feel at home. The kitchen is so well organized and is so well stocked with the tools you need for cooking, cocktails, etc. It is extremely clean and bedding is beautiful and new. Good pillows, lots of towels. They don’t fall short on making the place shine.

This house is exceptional! The pictures do not do it justice. The check in process was easy as Sandi, the property manager, was easy to contact, and explained things thoroughly. Our friend group has already decided to rent this house every time we can while in Palm Springs.

Wonderful Pool

My family stays in Palm Springs for a week every year in August. There are 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 kids. We all agreed that this was the best house we've had so far; mostly, because of the pool and backyard. There was plenty of room for us all to be together. All we do is eat and swim, swim and eat. This house suited us wonderfully.

Feels like a private resort

The property was absolutely beautiful. The house was modern and up to date, well kept and immaculate. The bedrooms had beautiful, clean bedding in every single room. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything you might need to make a wonderful meal or cocktails. The area was very convenient for our older teenagers to be able to walk downtown and get their Starbucks in the morning. Also a nice walk to Koffi with wonderful coffee and pastries.

Fantastic Stay -- We Want to Come Back!

What a wonderful and peaceful stay at this beautiful property. First off, it's in a central and quiet neighborhood that was easy to walk around. The home is super well maintained and beautiful. The living spaces were top notch from the well stocked gourmet kitchen to super comfortable living/dining room. Each bedroom was large and inviting and those beds were super comfy. And that backyard -- amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better outdoor space than this -- the pool/hot tub, lounge chairs, mature landscaping, the view of the mountains. Just top notch! Would 100% rent this property again.

Beautiful property

Our family had an amazing time at natural retreats! The photos online don’t do it justice!! The inside was so fun and modern with coordinating colors throughout. All rooms were great and worked well for our family of 7. Rental for the toddler was easy including stroller, bed, and pool floaties. The pool itself was such a highlight!! The backyard was so beautiful we spent most of our time there!! We loved the close location to town and walked to get bagels! The property management was wonderful and very responsive. Overall a 5 star experience for the week😊

Girls Trip 2023 Cheaper Than Therapy

Was absolutely awesome! All were gourmet cooks. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you would ever want or need. Except maybe a pantry. Never went out to eat. Beautiful pool, beautiful hot tub, And smores at the Fire pit. All high-tech I might add. Hope to go back again. Can't imagine finding anything nicer.

What an amazing girls' weekend in Palm Springs! From the convenient location near downtown to the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect getaway spot. Having a comfortable, gorgeous, and fun house with a backyard reminiscent of a 5-star resort was truly the BEST! The fantastic host went above and beyond, providing top-notch amenities and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Wonderful property in great location

I had an amazing experience (again) at this property and would absolutely stay here again. One very minor thing--for what we're paying for the stay, I would expect things like trash bags (there were no extras) and televisions be working and ready to go (batteries were dead on two remove controls). I am sure when there hasn't been anyone at the property in a while, those things may fall through the cracks, but wanted to point those out.
