A quick weekend to visit my daughter and her family. The location was perfect. Quiet, clean home. Exactly what we needed.

Dirty and extremely run down

**These people have multiple properties in Lubbock, DO NOT rent from them**we stayed at a property that was extremely run down and dirty. upon arrival the house was not cleaned at all, turns out it was not cleaned after the previous 'long term' renters. ok, accidents happen. but they let us know they would need an hour to clean and then we could check in.....the house needed a couple of DAYS worth of work, not an hour. we had to re-wash all the towels in the whole place because they reeked of cigarettes, we slept on sheets that also smelled like an ashtray. there was dog hair every where, the front lock did not work so multiple times we had to leave through the backdoor, leaving it unlocked while gone.....in a not so great area. calls to the owner regarding the lock were answered by asking us to troubleshoot the issue, they never attempted to come by to fix it. this house was absolutely in no shape to be rented out and they knew that but they still took our money....at a **very inflated, high price**. I have paid less at a 5 star resort per night and this place ranked somewhere around a pay by the hour seedy motel type of accommodations. the owners ghosted us after our stay when we made multiple attempts to call them. we wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right before leaving a review but they refused. I would not recommend renting any of their properties, they have multiple in the Lubbock area

Very comfortable stay near TTU pet friendly

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was comfortable and as described and had a nicely secured backyard for our very small dog. We had great communication from the host when we needed something and it was nice and quiet. We will be making frequent trips to TTU for visits. This is a great place to stay for a TTU visit.
