Beautiful Amelia Island

This property was just as described. The facilities were very nice, the pool was exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. This is an older property, which is the norm for Amelia Island. The mattresses were in need of an upgrade and the dryer needed about 3 cycles to be effective. We would definitely stay here again though! Things age, I know this well:))

Great location with beautiful view

The room had great views of the ocean. It was very quiet. However, it was not clean to our standards. They check.in manager was not welcoming/friendly. We had to purchase new pillows due to nasty stains.The bathrooms were dirty at check-in. Housekeeping was called back in to clean up bathrooms. The reason they gave us was that previous renters had been there for 4 months and they didn’t have time. The condo is partially renovated. The kitchen has older appliances and the washer and dryer are old with rust stains. To dry your clothes you have to put water in a container and hook the dryer hose to it. We would never stay here again. Just not what you would expect with COVID going around.

We are disappointed to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your standards. We were more than happy to purchase new pillows, and have our housekeeper clean the bathrooms again. This is an older complex, so please let us know if we can assist you in finding a property better suited for your needs in the future.
