Canal Front Home w/ Salt Water Pool

The Villa Turtle View is a modern, elegant vacation home built in 2018. Here, groups of up to 4 people will find everything they need for an unforgettable vacation in Florida.
The villa has 3 bedrooms – 2 with extra large king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, as well as a beautifully designed bathroom.
From the two master suites, you can directly access the pool area, a true highlight of the house. Here, you can swim to your heart's content in the heatable pool, enjoy the view from the sun beds and unwind in the steaming jacuzzi. Thanks to modern salt water technology, skin and eye irritations are a thing of the past.
The living area is equipped with leather sofas and a flat-screen TV for your movie night. The adjacent kitchen features everything you need to cook a delicious meal: oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. Here, you will also find a huge variety of spices, enough cutlery and quality knifes.
A popular dining spot for the whole family is the lanai table overlooking the canal. Of course, you are welcome to use the villa's gas grill. A second dining table for 6 people is located right next to the kitchen, and the little glass table is ideal for snacks.
More amenities at the villa include a washing machine, a dryer, fast internet, telephone, hair dryer and flatiron – as well as an office.
The Villa Turtle View sits right at the fresh water canal – perfect for launching your kayak. On land, the location is also convenient thanks to many restaurants and shops nearby. The next Walmart is only 5 minutes away by car – just like the Publix supermarket at the shopping center Camelot Isles. Families can reach the exciting Sunsplash Family Waterpark in just 10 minutes.

- Pool/Spa Heat is available upon request for an additional charge. Pool heating is $25/day for stays 3 weeks or less. Stays over 3 weeks is $15/day. Minimum 7 night charge.

Fabulous house

The house is beautiful and well decorated. Nice size rooms. Nice open floor plan with a good size kitchen. The saltwater pool is large and the spa is wonderful. We already tried to rent it again for next winter, but it was already booked.

Paradise

Summer vacation with my husband, daughter, and her boyfriend. The weather was amazing and we pretty much spent all day and evening by the pool. It was so relaxing. The canal was full of turtles and enjoying watching all different kinds of birds flying around. We even had a cute little gecko friend that came to see us. This was our second time here and we didn’t want to leave. We will be back next year!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for anything more from everyone we were in communication with. Our only issue was some loud neighbors across the canal for a couple of days but over all we were highly satisfied!

WONDERFUL

This home is lovely, comfortable and the pool area is amazing. Luxurious actually. We LOVED it here and have already rebooked for next winter. Just be sure to bring all of your own soap, dishwashing soap, and things like that. Perfect set up for 2-3 couples or a family. Wonderful stay.

Excellent Accommodations

The house was very clean and in nearly brand new condition. Well appointed and includes a Nespresso machine if you're into great coffee. The pool is large and the deep end is 6ft deep. Canal setting is also nice and saw turtles on a daily basis. Very quiet neighborhood and proximity to beaches was reasonable as we like to explore so we don't generally stay at the same beach all week even if its immediately accessible. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great time!

The house is fantastic, well furnished and equipped. The pool was the absolute highlight. The management was extremely helpful and nice, we had a problem with the air conditioning. Despite the fact that this occurred in the late afternoon, the problem was fixed in a very short time on the same day. Quite fantastic!

Absolutely relaxing

This was our last family vacation together before my son graduates and enters the Navy. The house was gorgeous however we spent more time at the pool and patio then anywhere else. We had everything we needed with no issues. The area is not touristy at all and has several great restaurants. The canal out back was great to watch turtles and ducks swimming and my son even caught two fish! We would definitely come back again.

Clean as a hospital

We loved this property and will come back if it is available when our schedule allows. Everything was great. We especially liked the pool and spa which were in excellent condition. The seating area by the canal is roomy and peaceful. If I were to list anything negative it would be that the living room furniture is not that comfortable for binging TV. Recliners would be a welcome addition. Kitchen utensils are adequate but the selection could be expanded. Two of the chairs by the canal were broken and the dryer malfunctioned the day we checked out. I alerted the management and I have no doubt this was resolved after we left. None of these little issues would stop us from returning.

Fantastic!

This home exceeded our expectations. Every day was spent relaxing in the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub. Swimming at night with the pool lit up is a must! The interior was beautiful and well appointed. It has everything you need. The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and decorated nicely. While we spent most of our days at home, we visited the nearby beachy fishing village of Matlacha where we lunched at the Blue Dog and picked up fresh red snapper at the Island Fish Market. Delicious! We also enjoyed walking around Cape Harbor Marina in CC. Rum Runners is a nice spot to have a drink outside by the water. We hope to be your guests again at the Pelican the next time we visit Cape Coral! Thank you!

Small issue that was corrected expeditiously

Had a problem w/ the AC. There was a clog in the drain line and it was corrected w/in 24 hours. Problems always occur...it is your capacity and willingness to fix the problem which ultimately becomes a positive or negative market differentiator. In this case...it was positive. Great place. Great experience for my wife and I, having been displaced from our home on Sanibel due to Ian over the past 2 months. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. Just what we both needed though this trying time! Thank you for your grace and professionalism!!!!

Clean and comfy

Property was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. Spices in the kitchen. Bikes etc in the garage. As a bonus they leave you with a garage door opener so you can park your car inside which was a nice touch and made coming and going simple. One downer was the hot tub was not hot. I didn’t see anything about this mentioned prior in the listing etc. so I assumed it would be hot. They were able to walk us thru turning the heat on for a daily fee. Just wish I knew that prior to booking. Other than then that the property manager and house were great.

Gorgeous pool and lovely home.

We had the most perfect trip to Cape Coral. The pool and spa were the highlight! This home is so clean. Loved enjoying all the comfortable furniture by the pool area. This home had more than enough towels, pool towels, pool toys,,and a couple bikes. Even some fishing poles. The saltwater pool. That was our favorite. If I’m going to point out anything I’d say that the bed pillows could be replaced. More pots and pans for cooking would be lovely. We love to cook and entertain. The grill would not work for us during our stay. We paid for a full tank but the management didn’t take care of that. We bought a new tank. Grill was just old and could not be made to work. We baked our burgers that night for our extended family dinner and management brought a new grill the next day which we appreciated.
