Welcome to Rocky Top View! This newly listed 3200 sqft three-story 5 bedroom, 5 bath cabin is located in the Grandview Resort just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge and the Tanger Outlet Malls. Rocky Top View has parking for 3 vehicles, game room, and a hot tub!

Main Floor
The main floor of the cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining area, kitchen, and living room.

Unwind in the living room watching the large HDTV or cozy up next to the electric fireplace with your favorite novel.
Then gather the family for a “home away from home” cooked meal. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and an additional 4 at the bar.

The bedroom on this level will offer a King-size bed and an HDTV. There is also a (tub/shower) bathroom conveniently located in the hall.

Upper Level:
Travel upstairs to find the gaming area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

There is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Beat your high score on the multicade arcade or challenge your rival to a friendly game of pool.

Then retire to either of the 2 bedrooms on this level. Both will have King size beds, HDTVs, and a private attached (tub/shower) bathroom with one bathroom offering a jetted tub!

Lower Level
Downstairs you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a movie area, and a hot tub!

Grab the snacks and popcorn and settle in for a movie night around the large projection screen.

After a day of memory making, retire to either of the 2 bedrooms on this level. One bedroom offers a King sized bed, HDTV, and a private attached (shower) bathroom. The other bedroom on this level has a queen bunk bed, a HDTV, and a private attached (tub/shower) bathroom.

Looking for warmer waters? Step out onto the deck through either of the bedrooms on this level and let all your worries bubble away in the hot tub!

Quick visit to the Mountains

The property is located close to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge; but in a location that is relaxed with great views of the Smokey Mountains. I would recommend this villa to anyone needing 5 bedrooms.

Dishes were dirty, dishwasher did NOT work. Ice/water dispenser on fridge was nonworking. Toaster oven/wrong racks inside.Grill- only 1 side worked.Hot tub-water stunk, walls were grimey.Cabin just needs overall replacements and upkeep. We had a nice time but for the money we paid….

I wanted to express a few situation that we encountered the house we rented in timber wood Amazing Views 661 Rocky Top way. I must tell you first that we was really disappointed with our stay. We have rented plenty of cabin thru VRBO and this is our first bad experience. I bragged to my family about how nice and cleaned and well equipped all the cabins have been in the past and was disappointed when arrived. The garbage can was filthy disgusting along with the hot tub. It could not be used. As you can see all the pictures I have attached. The window had dead bugs on them. Also dust underneath all the beds. So many months that we planned for our family to come get together to experience such disappointment. The main issues is very poor Maintenece and housekeeping's. I have a video of the the hot tub which I would like to share to show the mildew. I am addressing this before we give any reviews or feedback on google. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.

Wonderful Experience

It's a wonderful experience to stay with it. The location is good. Close to everything. And the cabin is able to satisfy all age group. The kids enjoyed the family theater. The adult enjoyed the entertainment room on second floor. The first floor has enough space for everyone to have fun. Great cabin and looking forward next time.

Beautiful view buts needs a deep cleaning

The location was great. Close to town but not too close and great views. We felt the house could’ve been cleaner. There were lots of webs and bugs in the dining lighting- haven’t been cleaned in a while, the fridge was dirty, the tub and hot tub weren’t the cleanest- hair and dirt, and the air vents were black. The house had lots of amenities and was well stocked with towels and dishes. Balcony views were beautiful.

Nice and Relaxing experience

The property is part of cabins community and it has nice views as shown in pictures. We had good experience and the property management responded well to our requests. They send people immediately to fix some issues. The carpet is all wet in front of the washer when we checkin and the repair person said not to use the washer as it is broken. Other than that everything went well and we recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing experience

Great space and location

Great space for everyone. Wonderful location. We were disappointed that the arcade system was inoperable. Due to a lightning strike, cable and internet were out for the majority of our stay and would have liked to have received more info on the progress of fixing the issue but understand you can’t control Mother Nature or cable companies. The hot tub could use some maintenance as some jets did not work and some head rests were missing. And one recommendation would be to pave the parking area in front the same as almost all other cabins in the surrounding area to make it easier to walk and roll suitcases on entry. Also, the pole on the stairs coming up on the front porch is loose and should be fixed for safety purposes. But, with all that being said, our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. Oh, one more thing…..you can see the fireworks at Dollywood every night from the upper deck!

Mardi Gras Grands

Property was nice however 3 out of 5 mattresses not comfortable! Grounds in back yard needed cleaning. Under beds and dresser was trash and shoes and socks :( Headboards not attached to beds so when you move it hit wall!!! It appears to be a very used cabin by the looks of all furnishings .bbq pit was filthy!!’ We did not notify management due to Covid we did not want anyone else in cabin so we just cleaned up and made do. We had a wonderful time in Tennessee although It was off season and things were closed
