Welcome to Sun Salutation, a beautifully designed oceanfront home with a private heated saltwater pool, built in 2020 and perfectly suited for large families or groups to relax, reconnect, and soak up the best of Oak Island living—the perfect place to be refreshed and make unforgettable memories. 

This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 16 guests and features five ocean-facing bedrooms, including three king suites with private baths and dual rain-head showers. There’s also a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, two queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Pack N Play along with two baby gates and a booster seat.

The top-floor great room offers stunning ocean views, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. A second living space on the first floor opens directly to the pool deck. Each level has its own south facing deck that spans the width of the home and provides spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and ocean breezes; an elevator provides easy access throughout the home. 

Enjoy private beach access just steps from the back door, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, 4K smart TVs in every room, and a high resolution 70" TV screen and fireplace in the main living area. This home, with bike and walking friendly lanes on its road, is also a half mile from the Ocean Crest Pier and close to golf, the OKI recreation center, fine and casual dining, kayaking, etc.  Pool can be heated with daily or weekly fee.  Sun Salutation is smoke-free and pet-free.
