With over 2,700 square feet of living space, this home is designed for memorable family vacations. Enjoy beautiful ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views from the furnished screened porch and four decks. An elevator provides convenient access to every floor, making unloading luggage and moving throughout the home easy for guests of all ages.

Inside, the open-concept living area offers plenty of room to gather after a day in the sun. The home features Wi-Fi, TVs, ceiling fans in three bedrooms, a gas fireplace (seasonal), and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This house is beautiful. It is extremely well decorated and would be a wonderful location and home for a large group. There were only four adults and we had more than enough space. We all agreed we would love to rent this place again.

Holden

House was in excellent condition. It was well stocked. It met our every need. It was extremely clean. Most of all the staff at Coastal Vacations was wonderful, friendly, courteous and very helpful.

It was a beautiful, roomy house. Elevator a must for disabilities. Some tvs didn't work, missing remotes. Leak in the bathroom, (it was promptly taken care of)The microwave turned on but didn't cook It wouldn't heat up. All of these things were insignificant. Had a wonderful time!

The check in process was not accurately communicated prior to arrival. There was no accessible key onsite. Had to pick up at another location. The fact that linens were not included was not acceptable.

Overall was a good stay

Overall we had a good stay in the house but there was one issue we came across. The bathtub in the master bathroom on the third floor would leak through the floor causing water to drip through the ceiling on the second floor. My mother in law couldn’t use the tub after that. Other than that the house was just fine
