If you’re looking for a calming retreat from the ebbs and flows of the world today, the Isle of Palms is calling you to visit 7 C Mariner’s Walk. Hours will be spent relaxing on its spacious screen porch when not enjoying the refreshing waters of the Atlantic or the Mariner’s Walk swimming center. Featuring two bedrooms, 7 C Mariners Walk is a fantastic vacation destination that recently has seen many upgrades, including a renovated kitchen, bathroom enhancements, updated furnishings and fresh paint.
The screen porch is clearly one of the best features of 7 C Mariners Walk, which steps down to a lush lawn and wonderful swimming pool complex. Just past the pool, the wooden walkway takes you down to one of the best stretches of beach in Wild Dunes! No elevators, no walking around the building, no crossing a street; your family can grab their sunscreen and beach towels, and step right off the screen porch to the pool and then to the beach!
7 C Mariner’s Walk living area has been updated, offering a delightful place for your family to come together following a wonderful day at the beach. Comfortable seating for everyone, the living room has a large flat screen television, plus direct access to the screen porch. The kitchen has new stainless appliances, cabinets and a granite countertop. Seating for six is provided at the dining room table, plus additional seating on the screen porch.
The master bedroom features a king bed, updated private bath, flat screen television and direct access to the screen porch. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to a renovated bath. Additional sleeping is provided in the living room with a queen size sofa bed.
Additional Amenities Include:
• High speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Text and email status updates of accommodations on arrival date. • Full size washer and dryer. • Access to the Mariner’s Walk Swimming Center. • Charcoal grills are featured at Mariner’s Walk. • Parking for two cars, with one assigned parking spot. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

*Home Truths:* - City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Mariners Walk pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck, which features a community grill, is open in the off season. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach —or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. ---

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

We were very impressed with the overall experience. The Isle of Palms area is a beautiful place to vacation. Great restaurants and attractions. Our place was perfect for the family. It was convenient to the pool and beach. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and green area outside our backdoor. We will definitely consider vacationing at this location again. Overall a great location and smooth check-in. They had some beach chairs in the porch room for use which was nice. You do have a condo above you so if someone is staying there then there is some ambient noise depending on the guest. Otherwise everything was ad advertised!

Great location and sweet condo!
We loved this spot - the screened in porch is a huge bonus space and proximity to the pool and beach were key for us. We spent time exploring the whole Wild Dunes property by bike (and scooter) with our 4 and 6 year old kids. Very comfortable space!

Property was well decorated and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Access to the beach was a very short walk just beyond the property. Porch was nice to sit on to have coffee in the morning. Very nice pool. Felt very safe staying there. Would definately come again.
