Great location

Very clean, spacious, had all the amenities needed, owners were very attentive and available for anything we needed. Was very close to family, centrally located, would definitely stay again. Jacuzzi and pool are closed till April.

Great spot at The Legends

No problems noted. We were a golf group of four men. Two of us had our own bedrooms and the other two shared a bedroom but had 2 separate full size beds. Only the master bedroom was downstairs. Unit was very nice and clean. Hot tub and pool was just out the back door. Although the hot tub wasn’t working correctly the last few days we were there. A+. Would stay here again.

As described

The property was as described and overall very nice. It was plenty of room for us and the pool is a few short steps away. It was clean and we had a great time. My only suggestion would be to have patio furniture on all the patios. Also they have a lot of streaming capabilities on all TV's which was great. However, it would be nice to have cable. While we were told the home had cable we were unable to get it on any of the TV's in order to watch live tv.

We will also check into the Cable TV. (Update: The home in fact does have Cable and live TV. On the remote, there is a button that is labeled TV and if pressed goes to live/regular TV stations.) We are happy that overall you had a great time!"

Not cleaned. No communication

The property was not cleaned. When we showed up, the bed had been slept in and unit was still dirty. This was after hurricane Ian so it is understandable that there could be issues. However, there was zero communication from host..

We do not take lightly the fact our guests are inconvenienced during their stay. Unfortunately, the Myrtle Beach area was being bombarded by Hurricane Ian, and communication lines were also affected. I have spoken in depth with our Guest Services team who handles absolutely all communication with guests. We have discussed and addressed the issues experienced during your stay. Rest assured solutions have been explored and implemented."

Not too bad as long as you don't need internet access

The place looks almost like the pictures provided on the website, just note that some of the decor is different and was damaged or missing parts when we arrived. They also show a picture of a garage but they don't tell you that the garage is not available for guest use until 2 weeks before your appointment. Was really looking forward to that and was greatly disappointed when we found out it wasn't available. In and Out Guest Services was our contact during our stay, and they was alright. The person on the phones was very nice and did what they could. Unfortunately they didn't leave enough towels and other toiletries during our stay so we had to request more and even ran out again before we left. It seems like they are a bit stingy with those items. Just note as well that if you have a sensitive rear end, you might want to bring your toilet paper. The worst part of our stay was the included WiFi, the service was terrible, some of the worst wifi I had ever use in 20 years. Don't pick this place if you need to do anything on a wifi network. None of our devices would stay connected, and the speeds you did get, was atrocious and their service provider should be embarrassed. Also, the location is further than expected as well, it hard to see on the map but in order to get to this location you got to drive really far on this long sketchy road. This road can also be hard too since the developers decide that this long road doesn't need street light. Probably wouldn't book this place again unless I got a good price and didn't need to use the internet. This place would be pretty good if they just focus on fixing a few minor things.

We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - It is typical in the vacation rental industry for hosts to provide a starter amount of paper supplies and toiletries, and for guests to purchase more for longer stays or larger groups. However, our local management company was happy to continue providing you with supplies each time you reached out as guest satisfaction is our number one goal! - We apologize for the poor internet connection you experienced. While we try to provide the best experience possible for our travelers, unfortunately, this element is out of our control. - The property is part of Legends Golf Course and Resort which has 3 golf courses within the complex. So, driving on long roads is necessary to traverse through the complex. We also include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking. - With respect to minor fixings, we are continuously working to maintain the unit in its beautiful and sanitary condition. Unfortunately, the summer months are the busiest and the property is subject to some more than normal wear and tear. However, we are always committed to providing a comfortable and relaxing stay to our guests. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

We love staying at this property. The area is perfectly located and the property is beautiful. This is our 3rd year in a row staying here for our spring golf getaway. We have stayed in several places in Myrtle Beach but this one is the best.

This place was ideal! The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Convenient to everything from shopping, dining and activities like the beach. Even the airport was an easy find. I would definitely recommend.
