Experience beautiful East Tennesee in epic fashion by staying in this newly renovated luxury townhome. Knoxville, TN is just under an hour away from the Great Smoky Mountains, but boasts a vibrant downtown with a blend of unique shops & breweries, as well as amazing restaurants.

Our luxury Townhome residence is just a 5 minute walk to the Old City & Happy Holler, or 3-5 minute ride to anywhere downtown. Features include a spacious gourmet kitchen, brand new furniture, and a Toto smart toilet!

Characterized by high ceilings, large windows, and impressive artwork throughout. Ideal for larger groups with enough space to spread out, as well as to gather together.

Professional Management by Halo Hospitality. We will give guests their space, but they will be able to reach out for any issues that come up during their stay.

The Townhouse is in a neighborhood in North Knoxville generally associated with the communities and business along N. Central Street & N Broadway. The City of Knoxville has coined the intersected as the North Broadway Corridor. The area has changed much in the decades since and is currently experiencing a period of renewed growth and public interest.

New points of interest to walk in this part of town include:

This property is less than a mile (0.7) walk to downtown, the old city, World`s Fair Park, and the Sunsphere. The more adventurous guests can use Knoxville`s bike or electric scooter rental services to ride around town on!

✧Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages up to $500. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check out and if nothing is damaged.

Halo Hospitality’s Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions apply. Upon booking, the renter will receive the Terms and Conditions and agree to review and sign. These terms will include, but are not limited to, the following:

GUEST VERIFICATION
Experienced guests with 5 or more positive reviews may request to be waived from this process, otherwise we do require all guests to complete an additional verification screen through our Guest Portal to ensure the safety and security of our community. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes:


1) Providing a copy of your government-issued photo ID.
2) Photo Verification
3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions

Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Before receiving check-in details, guests will choose one of two coverage options:
-A refundable damage deposit held on their credit card, released shortly after checkout if no damage is reported.
-A non-refundable damage waiver that covers minor accidental damages during the stay.

Guests who have questions about this process are encouraged to reach out prior to booking! The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. We thank you for your cooperation. Guests who fail to complete our verification process within 48 hours of booking may be subject to cancellation.

HOUSE RULES
1) Guest Count: Please include the correct number of guests in your booking. Visitors outside the reservation are permitted under most circumstances, but we do require guests to request permission prior to having visitors.
2) Check-in: Please notify us once you have accessed the property. Please inspect and report any unsatisfactory conditions within 2 hours of check-in. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 pm will be promptly addressed the next day.
3) Noise Policy: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and local community. We will contact you directly for any reported disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances with local authorities.
4) Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted within the property. Any violation, will result in a smoke remediation charge.
5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.
6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.
a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed and welcomed.
b. In terms of `Non Pet-friendly` properties, exceptions can only be made for service animals depending on the situation after appropriate documentation has been provided.
7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear charge will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties.
8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels.
Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present.
9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

CANCELLATIONS
We adhere to the cancellation policy as outlined at the time of booking. Please note, exceptions due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not covered unless stated otherwise. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen events. Requests for cancellation outside of this policy will be directed to your travel insurance provider.

EARLY CHECK-IN`S & LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS
1) Early Check-ins: We are unable to guarantee an early check-in will be possible in advance due to cleaning scheduling. However, on the day of your check-in we will notify you as soon as the property is available & there is small ante for an early check-in. Early check-in requests will be submitted to our team, but please do not expect a response until the day of check-in.

2) Late Checkouts: Are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the property and cleaning schedule. Requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance of your check-out, and are subject to approval of our cleaning team, which may not be able to respond until the morning of your scheduled departure. We do have a late checkout ante.
The fee is paid through the guest portal link/Airbnb Resolution Center.

POLICY VIOLATIONS
1) Late check-out without prior approval will be charged double. We may remove occupants and their belongings from the property if unresponsive, or uncooperative.
2) Excessive Cleaning will be charged additionally. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of excessive cleaning required. This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc.
3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor.

The water pressure was terrible. When I flushed the toilet, the water in the shower stopped coming out. We had 10 people trying to get ready at the same time and only one person could shower, even though there were three showers in the house. For the price of the house for two nights, we would expect the basic home amenities would be working 100%. We feel we should get a discount for our inconvenience.

Good for large group

We had 8 adults staying on the property. Overall our experience was very good. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. One issue with a broken pocket door was addressed in a timely manner. The apartment is rather sparsely furnished, and the 3rd floor room lacked bedside lamps. The kitchen was adequately furnished with essentials for our stay.

Clean and nice touches with coffee! Lots of clean towels and blankets. Parking is on the street but we didn’t have an issue parking. Easy access to Downtown and campus.

Super Location

Great house for families. Walking distance to some of the best eateries Knoxville has to offer. Very clean and comfortable home with all the bells and whistles. Loved the master bathroom!

UTK Orientation Visit

This home is beautiful and was the perfect place for our group. We were in town for UTK Orientation and the location was just a short drive from campus. It was also located near several restaurants and breweries. Very lovely home!

Fantastic Space!

This VRBO was excellent. Perfect amount of spacing with outstanding appliances. The only negative is the thin walls. The location made for inexpensive ride share services, and you could literally walk to breweries, shops, etc. I’ll definitely secure this VRBO again in the future!

The house was nice, was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. That’s about all the nice things i can say about this property. Upon entering the neighborhood you pass a homeless camp, and the house is right down the road. Not a great first impression but understand you can’t control that. Just something to keep in mind. When we walked in the house it was dark and had a very strong musty smell that did not go away. All the curtains were closed and it was very creepy. There is about a 1-2 inch gap under the front door that i watched bugs crawl through. When my father pulled back the sheets on his bed, there were two socks under the covers- clearly the bed wasn’t cleaned or was just roughly made between guest stays- ICK. The pocket door in the jack and Jill bathroom didn’t close all the way. Our car was broken into while parked in the driveway immediately next to the unit. And i don’t think any of us got a full night of sleep, we stayed 3 nights and each night we were awakened by sounds of people walking around. No one was walking around. So this place is either haunted or we had a nightly visitor in the house. We all heavily regretted not getting a hotel downtown. Overall would not stay here again.

Short walk to old city.

The house was very great! It was large and beautiful decorated. It was a very short walk to old city and downtown. The only negative was a musty smell on the front porch and when you entered the house.

UT Graduation

Great Place to rent for graduation instead of hotels. In Old Town which is very trendy upcoming with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Lots of space with 3 floors, 4 bedrooms. Our family had a lot of fun and relaxed graduation activities! Would even consider renting for football weekends!

Great house to stay at, very comfortable.

Place is Large! Loved the Master Suite. Cool details every where. All of the beds we used were very comfortable. Great communication with the host. Easy walk to great restaurants and downtown. about 30 min walk to the Tenn. Stadium. (which is shorter then the wait to get out in a car.. lol)

It was mediocre. There were not any hangers in the closets. We could not find dishwasher pods. The remote for the master bedroom was missing.
