Snowcreek IV 638 Pet-Friendly, Quaint, Private Washer Dryer by RedAwning

Enjoy the beautiful meadow area of town! Nicely furnished with a great view, 2

bedroom with loft, 3 bathrooms; sleeps 8. Enjoy a full kitchen, wood burning

fireplace, flat screen TV and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king

with a TV. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with Double on bottom,

twin on top and addition twin trundle with a flat screen TV. The loft has 2

twins, plus Queen bed with a private bath and a flat screen TV. The unit

offers WiFi internet access. This unit is located near the Snowcreek Athletic

Club and on the red shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. Also, use the

Jacuzzi on site as well! All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than

what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

Future renters should be aware of a few things: 1- This condo is an upstairs unit, so access isn’t really easy when bringing luggage in and out. 2- We experienced 2 nights of power outages during our 5 night stay. 3- We were there during a big snow storm, but this condo did not have a shovel. Luckily a neighbor lent us his. 4- We were not provided with any laundry detergent. 5- The TV in the living room did not have internet streaming service, only the bedrooms did. Even though there were some cons, the home does have a nice, warm wood burning fireplace that gives off a lot of heat.

Great place and location

Snowcreek is a great place to stay. Drivable to the lifts, stores, etc. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. I like that it is near the parking lot. Made it easier to unload and load. Comfortable furniture !

Snowcreek #638 October 2021

Very nice location. We had an issue with the cable/TV service which was resolved by the management company very quickly. A note to those who might be considering a stay greater than one week or so and bringing some of their own food: the main kitchen storage area is locked and cannot be used. Cupboards are available in the kitchen and the living room. Not as convenient but still usable. Washer and dryer are available, big plus again for staying longer than a weekend. We would most definitely rent this unit again.

Love the Meadow

We have been coming up to Mammoth with our dogs every year for over a decade. We usually stay on the other side of the meadow, but had a hard time finding a place that took dogs. This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 dogs. The 2 bedroom and 3 bath was exactly as pictured in the photos. The bedrooms are comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. The location is perfect, on the meadow which is beautiful to walk and see deer in the evenings plus close to stores and restaurants. My only suggestion for renters is to bring soap products. We ran out of dishwasher soap and there is not any hand soap in the kitchen or soap for laundry. This is very minor and was easily fixed, so don't let it keep you for choosing this rental. An added benefit is that you get access to Snowcreek athletic center which is only a half a block away. We would definitely rent this place again.
