Beautiful condo but not clean at all

I really enjoyed the overall stay at the oceans. The property itself may be a bit older, but it has been maintained very nicely. clean pool, great views. But I urge you to use caution when thinking about booking 712. It’s a nice little property But it has not been cleaned well at all. And doesn’t look like it has been cleaned properly in a long time. There are what appeared to be vomit Stains on the mattress and bed. The comforter is well overdue for a wash. The bed pillows were absolutely disgusting. Whole condo has a mildew/mold smell And when you open the master bedroom closet, you will definitely find mold growing everywhere. I know that some of that cannot be helped as it is the humidity from the beach, but regular and proper maintenance is required. And obviously has not been done. Other than that, the check-in process was very easy and we enjoyed our stay at the beach. We just stayed out of the condo as much as possible nothing against the owners. I’m sure they’re very nice people, but the rental company needs to step up and do their job. And hire people that actually clean, As I don’t come on vacation to have to clean the entire condo first thing.

However, we are very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with unit 712. The cleanliness and maintenance concerns you mentioned, such as the mattress stains, dirty comforter, pillows, and mold, are unacceptable and certainly not the standard we strive for. The mildew/mold smell and mold in the master bedroom closet are particularly concerning. We take this matter seriously and will be addressing these issues with our cleaning and maintenance teams immediately. Regular and thorough cleaning is essential, and we clearly fell short in this instance. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. If there’s anything else you’d like to share or if you have additional concerns, please let us know. We hope to have the chance to provide a better experience in the future.
