This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (no cats allowed). Please inquire for possible pet exceptions. Please note that the boat dock pictured is outdated and the home now has a new sea wall. The boat dock is still being replaced. The pricing reflects this change.
