This immaculate 2 level home features an open concept living room and dining room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with air conditioning, king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 8 comfortably. 2.5 baths, washer-dryer, cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, BBQ grill, outdoor deck. The house is fully furnished and complete with all linens and towels. Great Selection of DVD's, games and books.

The resort includes access to clubhouse with beautiful indoor / outdoor pool - hot tub, men’s and women’s locker-rooms, game room and tennis courts (seasonal) are located on premises. Hike along the east branch of the pemigewasset river and swim in local swimming holes which are located within walking distance.

Walk to downtown and enjoy several restaurants, shopping, movies, and rentals for kayaking, biking, skiing, snowboarding and more. Local water park 10 mins away. 6 beautiful golf courses are within 30 mins.

Family vacation

We return to this area every year with family! There are so many things to do in the area for all ages and the condo is clean and comfy. The kids also enjoy the pool and river.

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice separation with the bedrooms upstairs for times when the kids needed their time, but also a nice open common area for when everyone was doing something together. Kitchen was adequate for a “vacation kitchen” and had plenty of the necessities for cooking basic meals. Would definitely rebook the same property again!

Wonderful getaway

Great property right in the middle of Lincoln. This condo was very comfortable for my family of four. It was homey and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Pool, hot tub, and sauna in the clubhouse were great and the location was perfect. Big screen tv made for great movie night. Owner were very organized about providing information and even labeled all the light switches which is vey helpful. We would definitely return to this property and would recommend to anyone, especially families.

Great weekend at Loon Mountain!

This condo met our needs perfectly! It was spacious enough to sleep our family of five comfortably. (We put two teens in the second bedroom and one on the pull out couch. They could have all fit comfortably in the bedroom, but they wanted to spread out a little.) It was about a 3 minute drive from the mountain and minutes away from the restaurants and shops as well. We took a day off of skiing and stayed in to play games and watch movies in this cozy feeling condo. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Location in Lincoln

Great value for your money. Condo is plenty spacious and the location is fantastic. Stayed with our 2 younger children. If you like walking, there is a trail right out front that goes to the neighboring plaza. There is also a great walking trail across from the entrance of the condo complex, and another small trail that goes behind the pool house. Using all of these I had a nice 1-2 mile walk each morning. For driving, we were right on the Kanc, 5 minutes from Clark’s Bears and Whales Tale. 10 from the flume and the basin. 45 minutes from Santa’s Village and Funspot. A little under an hour from North Conway. Fantastic accessibility. The condo itself was a great amount of space. The price was extremely reasonable. I guess the only trade off was that the kitchen and parts of the condo were a bit dated and smaller, but we TOTALLY expected this from the pictures and the price point. Outdoor pool is heated at 80 degrees (could see set temp on heat pump when walking trail behind it) Indoor pool seems to be under renovation, but that made 0 difference for us in August.

Spacious, end unit townhouse in a great location! My husband and I stayed here with our 4 grandkids and had plenty of room! We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace in the evening as we watched movies .... the owner has an extensive selection to choose from. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and playing ping pong in the clubhouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to cook a great meal.A great place for a relaxing getaway!
