Enjoy lively conversation on the outdoor patio sofa, craft a martini at the BBQ peninsula, or fire up the grill for dinner al fresco at the six-seat patio table. When the sun sets, stargaze from the private hot tub.

A wall of glass opens the patio to the home’s open-concept great room, where tongue and groove ceilings and original contemporary artwork complement period-appropriate furniture. Gather by the gas fireplace on the sectional sofa, or settle into one of two Barcelona chairs for a movie on the large-screen SmartTV.

From this home’s convenient location in the heart of Vista Las Palmas, guests have easy access to shops, restaurants, galleries and more in downtown Palm Springs -- all a leisurely 15-minute stroll or 3-minute drive. Nearby golf courses, hiking trails, and the famed Palm Springs aerial tramway are less than 10 minutes away by car.
