Gold rated ocean view 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with southern exposure and a lovely lagoon view. Easy access to pool/hot tub and our beautiful beach. Unit sleeps 6.

The kitchen has been updated with plenty of seating in the breakfast nook, bar & dining area. The living room has a brand new living room set with sofa + loveseat + chair for ample seating, as well as a 55" flat screen TV. All new flooring throughout the condo.

Master bedroom has all new furnishings + King bed with a tv/dvd. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed & a twin bed and a flat screen TV/dvd blu ray. All new mattresses in both bedrooms.
