Completed in 2009 and immaculately decorated. Open living room and kitchen with tile floors. 3 BR's with hardwood flooring and 2 BA's with tile flooring. Granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Fully loaded kitchen. TV's in every bedroom and LR. Large front porch with furniture. Extra large hanging out area underneath house with bar, stools, chairs and TV. Wi-Fi included. Complimentary Golf Cart included in rental fee (terms and conditions apply). Enclosed outside shower. Relax, enjoy short drive w/ golf cart to the beach, cook, eat and enjoy the great location and family climate in OLFG. Cleaning fee and towels and linens included in rates. $300 deposit is required and will be refunded pending no-damage inspection.
