Located in Ocean lakes campground. At 1355 Dolphin Drive. This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths

Bedroom 1 has queen size bed with tv
Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed
Bedroom 3 has bunk bed with 2 full beds

kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and crockpot, coffee makers (regular and Keurig) , pots and pans, utensils, and dishes.

Living room has large smart tv, spectrum cable, with two couches with ottoman for your comfort.

Bathroom 1 consists of tub, shower, and washer and dryer.
Bathroom 2 has tub/shower and newly renovated.

"A $500 security deposit is required but will not be charged provided house is found damage free.

Parking space for 2 cars only - Ocean lakes does charge $12 a day per CAR for guests upon entrance. at check-in. *$10 a day for Express check-in is available and recommended.

NOT INCLUDED: We do not provide bed linens, towels, wash cloths, hand towels and paper products, soaps, washing detergents, and coat hangers.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOUSE of any kind. - doing so will automatically forfeit your refund.

Amenities consist of water park, indoor and outdoor pools, putt \-putt golf, bike riding, playground for kids, game room, Sandy’s restaurant, and arcade.

PET FRIENDLY

NEED AN ADDITIONAL HOUSE: See my other Ocean Lakes Property on VRBO property #2677310. This is located two doors down from this property. Would be great for other family members or friends to be close.

Clean rooms, host was working a few doors down and was extremely friendly. He even offered extra beach and fishing supplies. Would definitely return and stay again. Getting a golf cart rental made the stay for the campground and amenities much more enjoyable. March stay was a bit cold in the pools, but the indoor pool was warm and the ocean was bearable

We had a terrific stay! The home was clean upon arrival. We had 4 adults and 2 children (3 and 6). It was a very comfortable space for all of us without being overcrowded. Full size bathrooms was a plus also. We will stay again!

The home was great for our family vacation, plenty of space for everyone. The house was a short walk to the beach and amenities center. My kids also enjoyed the small lake at the end of the road where the feed the turtles. The host was very nice and made everything as easy as possible for us. We would definitely stay here for another visit

The host was very nice! We had never stayed at Ocean Lakes before our trip and the host answered all the questions we had. The check in process was super easy and straightforward. We were given the access code before we got there and we used the code to get the key and started our stay. At the end of our trip we locked the house put the key in the lock box, notified the host and left. The check in and check out process was super simple. There is a parking pass fee you will need pay to enter and exit ocean lakes and it is per vehicle per day. The house was very clean. They have pretty much every pot/pan and dish/silverware you may need. They have a washing machine and dryer. They also have a dishwasher. They do provide pillows and comforters in each room but you need to bring your own linens (pillowcases/bedsheets/top-sheets). No toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels or washcloths are provided. You must bring your own of those as well. (All of which is stated in their description of the home so none of this was a surprise!) Some of the other homes come with golf carts you rent for an additional fee, this house does not. You can rent a golf cart from the Ocean Lakes office.All amenities are free for those staying inside ocean lakes! The waterpark, most activities at the rec center and the nature center are all free! The host is also pet friendly! We brought our 3 chihuahuas! We will definitely be visiting Ocean Lakes again next summer.

Summer vibes

Absolutely perfect

This was our first time at ocean lakes (my husband and his family have stayed at pirate land for 30 years) this place was just perfect for 5 people, plenty of room, great location, everyone we met was so nice and friendly and the host was very helpful and quick with any questions we had.
