3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom and bathroom on main level. Only 2 steps from driveway into chalet so perfect for Senior Citizens or anyone with limited mobility.

Community pool just a short walk from chalet. *****Usually opens Memorial Day weekend and closes October 9th. Pool hours 9AM-10PM. Of course, these dates and hours are determined by the HOA association board, and I have no control over the opening and closing of pool. I cannot guarantee hours and dates!*****But honestly have never had any issues with it being open when it is supposed to be. Periodically Pool has to be closed down due to routine maintenance. This does not happen often, but please be aware that it is a possibility.

****MAXIMUM 2 dogs allowed. Please discuss with us breed of animal before booking to get clearance. Pet fee of $125 per dog will be requested. Non shedding breeds ONLY. Please clean up after your dogs. If more cleaning has to be done than normal, you will incur an extra cleaning fee.

*****Minimum age to rent 25 years old
*****PARKING at chalet is limited to 3 regular size vehicles or 2 oversized trucks/SUVS. Please see parking photo in pictures.

***Please note the House will be stocked with a STARTER SUPPLY only of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, garbage bags, clothes detergent, etc. If you anticipate needing more, please plan accordingly.

*****HASSEL FREE CHECK-IN!!! Chalet uses keyless entry. One day prior to your arrival you will be messaged a key code that will be specific to your family. This code will be used to enter Chalet. Address and other pertinent information will also be included.

The property is very convenient for accessible to Pigeon Forge. Being short distance out Wears Valley we took drive to Townsend and Cades Cove from that direction was much easier than through Gatlinburg.

Great layout for an extended family trip. The house has 3 levels with bedrooms/bathrooms on each level. The location is perfect; close to the main drag through Pigeon Forge, and yet you felt you were away in the mountains. The host was proactive in communicating information. We had a great stay!

This property was exactly what we needed for a long weekend visiting with relatives. The location is convenient because it’s so close to the Parkway, and there’s a Kroger right down the road. The bedroom/bathroom and bed arrangements gave everyone the space they needed, while the common areas provided a place to gather and socialize comfortably. Our kids loved the pool table and arcade games, and I wish we’d had more time to make use of the three balconies! Our host was friendly and responded quickly to questions. We will absolutely try to stay here again the next time we need this kind of space!

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Only 1 mile from the Parkway and The Island. Super convenient to everything. There are no steep hills to climb to get to the chalet. The community where the chalet is located is very quiet and secluded. You have the feel of being in the woods yet you are right in town. I'd say, the location is the #1 selling point!!!
