Lynn owns this fourth floor 675 sq. ft. condo. Peacful location with views of the West Maui Mountains, Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe Island, and Lanai Island. From the pool and common grounds you can also see Mount Haleakalea.
This unit includes window A/C in the living room and two ceiling fans, FREE Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices. This unit is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full size fridge. Linens and towels are supplied; there is a washer/dryer inside the unit; a telephone for free calls to USA and Canada, and cable TV. There is a vintage art collection featuring Hawaiian artists and library stocked with books on Hawaiian history. The master bedroom has a King size bed for your sleeping comfort and full size sofa bed in the living room. Beach chairs and beach towels provided for your convenience. This home is a wonderful value and sleeps up to 3 people.
The complex has a lovely ocean front swimming pool with lounge chairs. Enjoy dining and cooking outdoors. There are several propane BBQ grills and outdoor tables and chairs.
Ma`alaea Bay is where the whales play and have their babies. Humpback whales can be seen in abundance from your lanai from December through April.
Heading south along the sidewalk and past a few condominium properties is Haycraft Park and Sugar Beach, the longest undeveloped beach on the island. The beach goes on for a very long distance and eventually connects you to the community of Kihei.
A ten minute walk along the waterfront or sidewalk takes you to shops and restaurants at Ma'alaea Harbor. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers.
This Island Sands Resort is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, you are twenty minutes to Lahaina, twenty minutes to Wailea and fifteen minutes to the airport. There is a Maui Bus stop at Ma`alaea Village, from here you can take the public bus system to almost anywhere on the island.
Ma'alaea Harbor amenities include snorkel and tour boats to Molokini and sunset dinner cruises. The Pacific Whale Foundation, the Maui Ocean Center, many shops and restaurants, and the Maui Golf and Sports Park with miniature golf, trampoline, rock climbing and bumper boats.
Kealia National Wildlife Refuge and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary are a short drive away.

Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home, this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals: GE and TA 016-882-2784-01
