Cute rental in a great location

Overall, a good experience. The owners were very responsive and quick to address any concerns. The unit was spotless and well-designed and decorated, perfect for myself and my husband as a home base for our wine-tasting excursions. The restaurant below is very good as well.

Very nice property

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The suite is clean and nicely furnished and equipped. The location is very quiet, and well located for activities and visiting in the Niagara area. The restaurant downstairs, August, is excellent for dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful

Absolutely such a lovely stay. The apartment is stunning in a simple black and white style making it clean and crisp, also welcoming. The treats were a lovely surprise, and the two close restaurants made the stay even more welcoming. It is close to many amenities and vineyards. Next time we are in the area I will not hesitate to stay here once again. Thank you to the kind owners. We very much enjoyed our stay. Kaye & Don

Great Location

Welcoming, clean & adorable place with everything you need including some great treats if you arrive a bit hungry. Lovely treed & private outdoor seating area as well. Everything quite comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here.

Good location to travel from to other areas/Niagara Falls

Perfect size for a couple with good restaurants and varied menus' close by. Nice view of the vineyards and lots of older buidings.

This was a frustrating stay; we’d discussed in advance that a member of our group is made seriously ill by scents, and the hosts assured us that this would be handled appropriately. Yet when we showed up the bedlinens and robes had all been laundered in scented detergent, so we had to drive half an hour one way to a Walmart to buy an anti-allergen cover for the mattress (which also stank of scent) and new sheets. Thankfully the hosts don’t use scented cleaning products aside from the detergent, but scent-sensitive people should be aware about the bed and bring their own queen-size sheets and cover. Parking may or may not be available, as it’s a small lot shared with a restaurant and at high-demand times sometimes every spot was filled. The soundproofing is good though; although the unit was above the restaurant, we didn’t hear any restaurant noise even at busy dinner times. There are two excellent restaurants that are walkable (the restaurant underneath and a BBQ place across the street) but other than that, you’ll need to use your car to go anywhere.

Wonderful Lodgings!

This is a wonderful place to stay in the Niagara wine and orchard region! The property is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is also close to Niagara Falls, short 25 min drive away. If a quiet peaceful lodging is on the menu, we highly recommend this location!

Cute little apartment with great location

As described - well appointed and clean 1 bedroom apartment in great location near Beamsville. Some small things missing from kitchen that one would normally expect (knife, salt, pepper), but otherwise perfect!

John and I were born and raised in Niagara. We have worked in the aviation/travel industry all our lives we had the benefit of travelling the world. A goal of ours was to offer boutique-style accommodation in Niagara's wine country.

Each suite has their own brand new deck for you relax and enjoy On a clear day most suites see lake ontario and toronto in a distance. These suites are great for couple getaways or a girls weekend away.
