Wedgewood #413 - Nice Condo!

Wedgewood #413 is a 2BR/2BA condo located in the Wedgewood community of Barefoot Resort. Located by the Norman Course, you have views of the golf course right from the patio. This condo has been updated with new appliances in the kitchen and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and the living room is very comfortable and spacious. The Owners are always improving the property and adding new things.

The primary bedroom has a new king bed with a 12"memory foam mattress and there is an ensuite bathroom with new light fixtures. The 2nd bedroom has two new twin beds and has been updated with new furniture. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway and has been updated with a new toilet and light fixtures. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The living room has recently been updated with a 55" Roku TV and both bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs. There is free Wi-fi included. Sit out on the porch and have an afternoon cocktail while watching the golfers go by.

The Wedgewood community has its own pool and grill area to use as well. There is also access to the North Tower pool too with a special pass. Ask us for details. Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses to try and there is so much to do nearby. Check out Barefoot Landing which has many shops, restaurants and attractions. Go to a show at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues. Have dinner at Lulus, Taco Mundo or Greg Normans with beautiful waterway views. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer months that will drop you off at the beach if you don't want to drive.

Great little getaway

We stayed over the July 4th weekend. We were close to everything and a pool right across the street. The condo was very clean and the decor was nice. Patio faced the golf course. No complaints and would definitely go back.

Cozy beachy away from home

Despite renting at the last minute, NMB always willing to accommodate us. This unite we rented this summer had everything we needed, and was conveniently accessible to features we look forward to enjoy a relaxing time away from home. Our only minor dislike was the owners above the unit. They were extremely loud and inconsiderate of their noise level. While we reported to NMB, we were told that bc they aren’t a rent unit, that couldn’t do much about it. Other than that, the unit was implacable clean, (as it should always be) welcoming, and beautiful.

The people upstairs kept us up every night as you could hear them walking across the floor. It was not that they were loud but every step that was taken you could hear the floor creak and they were up until 2 or 3 am. Sleepless Nights in Wedgewood My bed issues

Reviewer Comments: The area started out Beautiful The unit was nice second room a little smaller than we imagine but very doable.The Master Bedroom was nice until we went to bed and found ourselves on the floor the bed had fallen to the floor...Called friday morning to report and no one called back went to the office around noon to report, I was told a work order was place and someone would be out later on that afternoon.We left and came back the bed was suppose to have been repaired and again went to bed Friday night only to the bed falling again to the floor.Called Saturday morning to report again and was told the office was closed but they would have a MGR call me back. Needless to say that never happen i left a note when checking out on Sunday. Monday still no call I called Monday spoke with MARCIA who was not helpful or apologetic about my stay were my husband and I slept on the pull out couch. She even indicated that the unit was left dirty until I did tell her that I had picture of the unit when we left...I requested a refund and she said she would think about it and let me know. My stay was from Thursday -Sunday where i paid 950.00.Of which she emailed me and stated that she would REFUND A WHOPPING 165.00..thats not even one nights stay...I will not after my treatment refer any of my family, friends nor co workers after this experience with Management...Then when I requested the owners information she states that she could not give it out, HOWEVER they were on they way to replace the bed in the unit...TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCONCERNED. I AM GREATFUL THAT MY HUSBAND NOR MYSELF WAS HURT WITH THE BED FALLING....
