Beachfront condo located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico at the north end of Longboat Key in the gated community of Sea Pines. Panoramic Views of the illuminating white sand, sunsets, and crashing surf can be seen throughout the condo or while relaxing on the lanai! Master Bedroom has a king size bed with its own personal bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bathroom.. Directly outside the door of the condo you can take a short stroll to the refreshing shared pool or through the sea oats to where the paradise beaches await you. If you are looking for breathtaking views and a relaxing getaway look no further because this is the place for you. Porcelain tile throughout living area and lanai, new premium wood flooring in both bedrooms. First floor end unit provides privacy and convenient walk to pool and beach. Sub Zero refrigerator. Stainless steel Jenn Air stove. Secure wifi with blast internet. HD TVs in living room and MBR. Beach chairs. Gas grill. Washer and dryer.

Beautiful & quiet beach front condo

Lovely condo fully appointed with everything you need for the beach, including towels, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. The condo was just steps from the pool and we only saw one other person there for the whole week. It was like having our own private resort. The condo is beautiful, quiet and just what we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We will definitely be returning next year!! The owner is extremely responsive and check-in/out was seamless. Thank you Matt!!

Just what we were looking for.

Very nice condo in a quiet area on LBK. We liked that it was a ground level unit that you could walk right out of follow the path leading to the beach and only a few steps to the pool. We normally stay on Cresent Beach in Siesta Key but decided we wanted something that was not going to be as crowded. We had the beach and pool literally to ourselves almost the whole week. The beach is very similar to Siesta Key without all the people. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a bunch or others a short drive away. Owner was very quick answering any questions we had. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Spent a week on Longboat with my wife and son showing them how beautiful the Sarasota area is in the middle of summer! This condo is perfect for privacy and a lifestyle on the beach. Thirty yards of a walk through sand dunes to a pristine, gorgeous beach and 86 degree water! Dolphins and manatees cruise close by as pelicans dive-bomb for lunch. Love the north side of the island because it's less crowded but still close enough to St. Armands. This unit has sufficient seating, great appliances, tons of closet space, and a nice lanai. The owner is helpful and very responsive. It doesn't get much better...

We have stayed on LBK many times. The atmosphere and location is perfect. This condo was in the perfect location and had everything necessary for our stay. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for 4 adults or a small family. Loved everything about it! We plan on coming back!!

Perfect Beachfront Location!

This condo is a perfect location just steps from the beach! The condo is well equipped with beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs for outdoor fun and the inside is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with full cookware and utensils so we were able to enjoy some home cooking, plus we enjoyed the gas grill on the lanai. The location provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere; we loved it!

Excellent location

Longboat Key is now my favorite area to vacation in Florida. This condo is perfectly located for easy access to all that the area has to offer. The beach at the condo is pristine and tho pool area is total relaxation. The owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
