There is a fire table and a grill on the main deck overlooking beautiful views. All bedrooms are ensuite with beautiful tiled showers. It is located on the white sand beaches of Longboat Key with easy beach access. This home was designed for modern comforts. Guests will stay in new beds with fine linens and enjoy gorgeous views and deluxe accommodations. Tastefully decorated with luxury appointments, this house is sure to please. Located on the beautiful gulf coast of Longboat Key, the house is an oasis with a chef's kitchen, gorgeous finishes and easy beach living. Ask about flexibility in stay requirements. Wonderful property in a stunning location. The local area was badly hit by the hurricanes but not Sea Grape which is unaffected. Superb and responsive owner / manager enhanced our stay

Perfect vacation

This property is absolutely stunning and perfect for a family get away. It is in pristine condition and everything is high end and yet very functional. Kitchen had everything we needed and living area is big enough for our teens to lounge at the end of a beach day. Pool area and hot tub are gorgeous with a beautiful view of the beach. Julie is prompt if you have any questions during your stay and made everything easy for us. We have already booked with her again and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and comfortable home near the beach

What a beautiful home just steps from the beach! We loved staying here! Comfortable bedrooms and living area and a fantastic kitchen made us enjoy our stay. We really loved the pool area right outside and we had a beautiful view of the sunsets. And of course we loved being able to be on the beach in minutes. Julie was so easy to work with and we look forward to returning to this great house!

Fantastic house and location!

Our family had a great week at this wonderful property. Very well appointed with everything you need to feel right at home. Although next to "public beach access", there weren't many other people on the beach daily. Great sunset views. We look forward to returning asap.

Perfect Longboat Key Getaway

This is a wonderful property and was perfect for our family of six adults and two toddlers. It was warm, comfortable and convenient. And Julie was a most gracious and responsive post. I would certainly recommend it.

Wonderful modern spacious treehouse retreat on the gulf!

A glorious week was had by my college and young adult sons! The house is beautiful , comfortable, immaculate with a perfect view while soaking in the fabulous spa and lovely infinity pool on the amazing outdoor space! We will be back!

The host should be more honest I booked this close to my travel date. This is a shared property (two units). There is someone that has a garage facing the main road & lives upstairs. That is something we should know before booking. She never told me After I was on site I asked if there was a “rental” upstairs (you can tell there is more house) & she said there is no rental upstairs. We later had a DoorDash driver inform us there was a man that helped her find the door & he went in under us (the garage area I mentioned). That freaked me out. So I asked again if someone else was there. She then said the owner stopped by to get some things for a trip. There is a hidden door in the kitchen so I think to avoid renters feeling uncomfortable be honest & let us decide our comfort level.He was not a bother but how awkward to find out WHILE you are staying there?! She also knew the dishwasher did not work & only told me after I was checked in. It was the holidays & I had a chef come. That made his job much harder. To have to hand wash every dish is not luxury but you are charging luxury prices. I have stayed at true beach front luxury's for the same price. This is not the same level. It is nice but not luxury. There is no indoor connection to the garage. You have 20 steps to carry your luggage & groceries rain or shine. Just be aware. Hot tub was great pool is not heated The house is pretty & outside deck is nice. Bedrooms are all by each other. Washer kept going out of balance.

Shana, I am disappointed to read your review. I addressed your complaints as quickly as possible. To be clear, no one was staying in the upstairs bedroom during your stay. As I told you the, owner stopped by to get a few things needed. Because of a family emergency I was unable to be as attentive to you as I normally am but I did send you information as quickly as possible. Due to the holiday, the dishwasher was unable to be fixed during your stay but you were offered financial compensation to make up for this inconvenience after attempts to repair the dishwasher were unsuccessful. In addition the pool was heated. We strive to provide memorable stays to all of our guests and feel this review is inflammatory and inaccurate. It is unfortunate that you were unable to enjoy the beautiful house, but it is not always possible to keep people happy no matter how hard you try.

Amazing

What a fabulous week we had at this amazing property. This home is gorgeous!! My family enjoyed the beautiful private pool and hot tub as well as the gorgeous beach a few steps away. Many hours were spent peacefully reading on the deck while watching the beautiful ocean The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beach towels and accessories were also available for us. It’s location is perfect on LBK with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, but still secluded and peaceful. Julie was a fantastic host. She was responsive and helpful. She made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect! We did not want our week to end! Looking forward to returning next year!

My fiance' and I had a fantastic time and provided us with so many invaluable memories and great times together. The property itself was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach and sunset. The almost empty beach was literally 70' away, so it was extremely peaceful, which is for us. The house is impeccable with very modern appliances and add in the fully equipped deck and fantastic infinity pool/hot tub, made it even better. Only complaints we had are as follows: on our 2nd or 3rd day my fiancé woke me up in the middle of the night and was startled by 2 huge roaches or Palmetto bugs on the kitchen island. I was able to dispose of both. The next morning we were out in the garage and saw a huge number of ants along the wall, so we contacted property manager and told her of these two incidents. I recommended a quick exterminator inside & out. Instead we got sent a bottle of ant spray and roach traps. Also, on 3 separate occasions the trash company didn't pick up our trash, so I contacted property manager again and asked for suggestions. I mentioned it might be worth calling city services and was told that's a good idea for me to do. After going thru several folks, I was sent onto the responsible trash company. Had to do this 3x. I believe the property manager should have taken care of this. Had truck detailed day before we left. Had ants in cab on way home. Required detailer remove seats, pull up carpet on arrival home. Exterminator day 2-3 might have solved this.

Beware you are not renting this entire house

The condo is lovely and the owner, Julie, was very responsive but we felt the listing for this property failed to properly disclose that you are not renting the entire house. You will discover this only if you click on detailed amenities and scroll waaaaay down to the bottom. The first photo of the house was taken from a drone and shows a lovely rooftop terrace….that is not available to renters and is in fact the owner’s unit. The main front garage is the owners and renters use a side garage with no interior access to the home. Please be aware that, if you rent this house, you are only renting the one level and the owner may be living on the top floor unit that looks directly down onto your pool. We were very disappointed to pay full house rental fee for what was a very nice condo. The owners need to make the set up much more clear in the text of the listing and not bury it in the fine print. We would have rented another house had we known the entire top floor was off limits despite it being featured in many of the exterior photos.

Truly Exceptional Property and Experience

This property and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. So much so that we returned for a second stay, about 8 months later. Julie is highly responsive to every need, makes herself available at a moment's notice and has created a truly delightful setting and experience for her guests. The property is steps away from the beach, meticulously cared for and has everything one could imagine. I have rented properties around the world and I recommend this as highly as i can.

This is a gorgeous contemporary home right off a beautiful beach, with stunning views from terrace.

We had a perfect experience at this beautiful modern house almost right on the beach. The outdoor terrace with pool and hot tub is divine with great views of the Gulf. Julie, the owner, is a terrific person and very helpful when you need it. I’d recommend staying here to anyone.

Perfect Beach House

We can’t say enough about this amazing beach house! Modern Kitchen and open floor plan that looks over beautiful pool deck and ocean. One of the prettiest beaches and the shelling was amazing. A quick drive to cute shopping and restaurants. Julie was an amazing host. Home was super clean and modern. We will 100% be back!

Wonderful experience

An absolutely terrific property and experience. Julie was the consummate host. The home is beautifully designed, with a spectacular view of the ocean, which is literally steps away. Every amenity is provided and Julie was available for any and all needs that arose.

Refreshing Longboat Key

The property was amazing. It was spacious in the areas where we would spend the most time, the cleanliness was outstanding, and Julie was great to work with! The pool and the view were both spectacular. The pool was great for my four little girls! I was most intrigued with the proximity to the beach and with the view when first looking at the property. It was just as good in person. What did surprise me was the number of people on the beach! The beaches of Destin and Santa Rosa (30A) are so much more crowded, and LBK was not. It is every bit as beautiful, and the water is fantastic, so we were thrilled that we weren't falling over people to get to the ocean! Our rooms we re perfect, and so were the overall accommodations. Our only regret is that maybe we should have stayed two weeks!

Incredible Home with Breathtaking Views and Amenities

This amazing home had everything we were looking for in our family vacation, including every amenity possible from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, beach items, etc. We loved our stay in this beautiful contemporary home and greatly enjoyed the gulf views, pool, lounge chairs and fire table. Julie was very welcoming and a lovely host during our stay. This was our first VRBO stay that required physical keys for access to the home, but the orientation Becky gave us upon arrival was greatly appreciated to ensure we knew how to work everything. This home does sit alongside a public beach access where people come and go at all hours of the day/night, but everyone we encountered was very friendly. We also loved that we were provided access to the garage with a garage door opener during our stay, since we drove for this vacation. The stairs were easy to navigate with our suitcases as well, with all visitor accommodations being exclusively on the 2nd floor. Everything was exactly as pictured. Thank you for sharing this incredible home with us, Julie!

Exquisite Property-- Excellent Hospitality!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this pristine, contemporary property. The views of the Gulf are breathtaking, and beach access is a snap, as it's right on the ocean. The house is very tastefully done-- with a clean, modern, open feel. Exactly as pictured! The owner was most gracious and did everything possible to ensure that our time was pleasant. If we had a question-- whether about the home or about activities in the area--she responded immediately and helpfully. She also welcomed our dog, which was a huge plus, and even suggested nice walking routes with him. This is really a gorgeous, well-located place with a top notch host!
