You will find new Pergo flooring throughout the residence, with the exception of the upstairs primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is on the second floor and it has a king sized bed and A/C. The loft has a brand-new trundle unit, which is a very beautifully upholstered daybed with a ceiling fan and A/C for your comfort.
The second bedroom is on the first floor and it has 2 full sized beds. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features new cabinets, beautiful white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen offers comfortable seating for six. The livingroom has a L-shaped new couch and leads to the outdoor patio area, equipped with gas grill and of course high quality outdoor dining set for six.
This property is part of our full service program and will be professionally cleaned and detailed by our top crews. You will find a base supply of cleaning supplies, paper goods etc.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
