Ce condo moderne de 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain (850 pi2) offre un hébergement pour 5 personnes sur une colline surplombant toute la vallée du Fraser, à moins de 10 minutes de Winter Park et à environ 100 mètres de l'arrêt de bus de Winter Park.

Ce condo construit en 2006 offre tout le luxe de la maison, y compris les comptoirs en granit, les appareils en acier inoxydable, 2 télévisions à écran plat, la télévision par câble, le wifi gratuit, le foyer au gaz, la terrasse privée, la laveuse / sécheuse, le local à skis et la proximité de tout l'été / activités d'hiver dans la région.

Dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez à la fois un lit queen size et un lit jumeau avec 32 "écran plat" smart "TV. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une télévision à écran plat de 36 ", un foyer au gaz et un lit gigogne queen-size avec un nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire, ce qui en fait l'un des lits les plus confortables du condo.

Cette unité a une cuisine entièrement équipée et pleine grandeur avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, et une cuisinière et un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur. La cuisine complète est adjacente au salon où vous pourrez vous détendre près du foyer au gaz tout en regardant la télévision avec un câble HD.

Family vacation

We had our family vacation with the kids, all 5 of us slept comfortably. The location is absolutely perfect. It's 5 minutes away from the local supermarket and restaurants. We went tubing with the kids acrossthe street. The neigjbors we also very nice amd helpful!! Cant wait to spend another winter here!

Terrific condo, unfortunate luck

Terrific condo, beautiful area, owner is great. Unfortunately the hot water boiler died early into our trip, and there were no replacement parts or fixes that could be made until after our stay would have been over. Nobody’s faultX just bad luck. We would 100% stay here again,

Perfect stay

Our family of 5 (kids 4-8 y/o) loved our stay here! I am very picky about staying places. It’s hard to find places that feel like home. Well this was it for us. It was very clean and fully stocked. We lost one of our personal bags at the airport which had my shampoo/ soap in it, was glad to see plenty of this at the condo. The pull out coach with the memory foam mattress topper was actually quite comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. If we come back to Fraser we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and service

The condo was clean and well stocked both in kitchen items and extra towels etc. Good location and views outside the door. Would recommend to couples or families with young kids, as sleeping arrangement is a queen bed, a twin & sofa bed. The twin and sofa bed may be ok for young kids but not comfortable for an adult.

Nice quiet area

The property is in an area away from people and the hustle and bustle of the ski area. Yet close enough to be about 10 minutes away. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and a little bit more. We were sad to leave.

OUR MOUNTAIN GETAWAY

The property is very nice and clean. It is located close to everything, skiing, tubing, grocery store, and all restaurants. The condo has everything you would need to prepare meals if you don’t want to eat out. Ben was very helpful with all of our needs. We had a great vacation!!! THANKS BEN!!!!

Excellent Size and Location

This condo was perfect for a family ski vacation at Winter Park. The neighborhood was quiet and the winter roads were well maintained. The condo was just as pictured! And this was the most well stocked condo we've rented. I appreciated having plenty of the essentials - like soap and paper towels. The owner, Ben, is quick to respond and very easy to do business with. Thank you Ben, yours is a condo we'll rent again!

Amazing Condo

This rental property is absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It is super clean and a quiet area. Check in and out was a super easy process. Ben was very quick to respond to messages and even gave some great suggestions of restaurants to try out. It was close to activities and stores/restaurants but also far enough away to "relax in the mountains". My family and I absolutely loved this place and will return to this condo again.

Had a blast on our vacation at this awesome cozy condo in a great location. Ben really thought of EVERYTHING when preparing the place for us. He gave us a very thorough guest packet with clear directions for everything. Everything we could have needed was stocked up. When I messaged Ben he responded instantly. The best part is this is the absolute cleanest property I've ever rented. We hope to go back!!

Wonderful Getaway

This was a spectacular place to get away to and unwind. It is set out just a bit and this makes you feel like you are in a remote location. We loved the feel of the home inside. Woodwork was beautiful. Very well kept property and we will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. For anyone saying it was too hard to find, it's not just follow Google Maps :) Thank you for the wonderful experience Ben! We appreciate that even though you were going to be out of the area that you ensured we had a contact to help us out when if we needed it.

Excellent stay in Winter Park

Ben is an excellent host and very responsive. He responded all our queries very quickly. The condo was very beautiful and very well furnished and cleaned. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and lots of condiments. My kids loved staying there- they got lots of family game plus Netflix and Amazon to watch their favorite shows. This was in the center of Winter park, with everything around. I would definitely stay here again!!

Hidden Gem

This condo was difficult to find. Google maps won’t send you to the right location. However, when you finally find the condo you’ll be extremely satisfied. The condo is beautiful and blends well with the view of the woods out your window. It was quiet and secluded. Exactly what we wanted to take a break from life.

Great condo in a great location

We had a great time for the few days we had here. Property was clean and as advertised and we loved the location - close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away from roads and noise to be peaceful. Would love to come back in the winter.

Enjoyable stay

The kitchen is well stocked, the couches are comfortable, the appliances and amenities modern. The bath- and bedroom are reasonably spacious. Although we didn't use them, having the washer/dryer in-unit is really nice, another modern convenience. We had a comfortable stay. Relying on Google etc. to find the unit is not advised--it will only take you to the complex, and the wrong end at that; there's 2 entrances to the complex, and if you're in the dark, it's extremely hard to see any unit numbers, no signage. Use the more southerly entrance of the complex to find the condo. Ben was very prompt in answering any questions.

Close to Winter Park Resort

The perfect place for a getaway. A short drive to Winter Park for skiing, and we even took the local bus system one day which was super easy to navigate from the condo. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo!

A great place to stay! Very nice and clean, a beautiful condo. Just a short drive to restaurants, etc. as well as Winter Park Ski Resort. Owner is very helpful and check-in info, as well as check-out info, was very clear. We really enjoyed our stay.
