This Budget Friendly yet very comfortable 3 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Townhome is only 4 Blocks to the Breck Connect Gondola, 5 Blocks to Main Street and on the FREE Breckenridge Shuttle to skiing or to town for dining, nightlife and an array of other activities. Complex is also accross the street from the multi million dollar Breckenridge Recreation which provides a multitude of activities.

Complex has heated indoor/outdoor pool, one indoor hot tub, one outdoor hot tub in a freshly rennovated clubhouse building and plenty of parking for two cars. Comfortable Beds, fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, HDTV, DVD Player, private washer and dryer, toasty gas heat, three REAL woodburning fireplaces, and best of all firewood is provided to you for FREE!!

This is by far the best deal for lodging in the Breckenridge area when you consider amentities, comfort, and sleeping capacity. This is a great townhome at a great rate.

Spacious with 4 bathrooms

Location is conveniently close to a shuttle stop and lifts but not too close where you would run into lots of traffic at the end of the day.

Fun Ski and Family Vacation

The property worked well overall. The parking limitation was a problem for us, and the on-site manager, while admittedly enforcing the legitimate rules, was not very nice about it. Also, we did not initially find the lock box as it was on the back of the front porch pillar and not the door and was not visible from the parking lot. Also, the fireplace did not draw well and smoked up the space a bit. The location was terrific and convenient to the town and ski slopes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this place. It was well appointed, super close to the free bus that picked us up and took us to the gondola or town (a little further for drop off but super walkable in ski boots). Great pool and hot tub, the kids loved it. The rental manager was prompt with responses, and the onsite property manager was also great with keeping everything in check. It is a little dated but super clean. Easily fit 2 couples and 3 kids.

Convenient location for Skiing and transportation

A three-floor condo, Top floor has ensuite, middle floor has a shared toilet and shower for two bedrooms on that floor, and there is a third toilet and shower on the ground floor. So not three bedrooms with ensuites. This inconveniences the youngsters with us (30yr olds!), but they got used to it. There are two hot tubs, one inside and one outside and a half in and half out small swimming pool. Great for swimming while it’s snowing! The showers within the pool complex were good, and some of our party used these in the evening as the hot water tank within the condo could not cope with 6 adults (of which 3 were ladies) either morning or evening rush on water. The condo was always warm, and the estate manager also kept an eye on rogue parking sorting errant parking promptly. Not an estate issue, but recycling is not as good as in Europe, with nowhere for glass recycling. Everything else is covered! We had a great stay and would go again, the sheer convenience of the Free-ride bus service at the end on the drive way, supermarket 400 yds etc, parking for two cars and quick routes out to Frisco, Copper Mountain, Vale and Beaver Creek was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and rental. But the person managing the condo area was incredibly rude. He aggressively threatened to impose a fine if we smoked (we hadn't been, but I guess he had just caught some folks next door who had). When one of my female friends temporarily propped open the locked door to the pool (there was a sign mandating it remain unlocked per fire code), he shouted and swore at her for doing so. Should go without saying, but it's bad to make your guests feel unsafe. Incredibly unprofessional, and disappointing given how nice the condo and location were otherwise.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Breck. The condo was a little dated but very clean and in the perfect location! The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the 9 staying. We loved the private area behind the condo for the kids to play and we even saw a moose the morning we left. Condo stayed warm but near windows were a little drafty. We didn’t use the fireplaces. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the condo was perfect. Easy drive to the gondola and downtown. We would stay here again!

Great Location

We had an amazing time at this property. Super close to the free bus that took us to the gondola and town (a little further on the way back but totally walkable in ski boots). The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The property manager was super responsive and the site manager was present keeping everything in check. We felt very safe at the location. A little dated but well-appointed and comfy beds.

Great Location for skiing

This property has a lot going for it. Five minutes to the Gondola lot, three fireplaces ( with plenty of wood), excellent indoor and outdoor hot tubs, so much room in the 3 bedrooms, storage for ski equipment, and easy parking for two SUVS. The property manager was helpful too! We liked it!

Vacation in Breck

had a good time but a little disappointed in the way it was stocked. I took my own waffle iron and had to purchase a hand mixer while there. It really would not have served 12 as listed. Arrangement was difficult for 10 with opposite sexes.

Great place for family ski vacation

Great place. It is just steps from the free bus and one stop from the gondola. It’s an easy walk to get groceries etc. The pool was fun for the kids, and the hot tub eased out the kinks after a day of skiing. It fit our family of eight perfectly.

Great Location

This place was great for our family of 10. It was minutes from the Free Ride Bus and minutes from the town. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean and fresh. Having a washer and dryer was a plus with the kids. The pool and hot tub area were great it, this unit was only steps away from the pool . If you are looking for a decent place to stay this is it. The kids loved having the area in back to play in the snow. We will defiantly consider using this place again.

Great Place!

We traveled from Wisconsin to ski Breck, Keystone and Vail. This location was perfect for that. It was nice to be on the bus route for Breck and the downtown area. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were also able to put all the kids in one bedroom!! Having access to a pool and hot tub was also a bonus. Ryan Greff was very helpful and responded promptly for a couple of minor concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks again for everything Ryan!

The place was very nice and clean.

With 4 bathrooms this house was great for a big group and there was plenty of room for 12. The backyard was beautiful with a nice deck and grill. This location is great. It is within an easy drive of multiple ski resorts while also being a short bus ride away from downtown Breck. The hot tub and pool were also a big plus, and very nice after a long day on the mountain! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Claimjumper worked great for ourfamily

Having 4 different bathrooms and three bedrooms worked well with our family. Young kids played in area behing the condo. Small brook was really cool, saw two moose that walked through the back area. Very clean unit, well supplied with cookware, good location for a summer stay. No complaints, would stay there again.
