Angela, a well-stocked kitchen and a hot tub on the deck are exactly the combination that makes a family stay feel effortless rather than logistical. Glad the space had room for everyone to spread out. Hope to have the whole crew back again soon.
Great location, walked to restaurants, etc. lots of room, beds fine. Hot tub surprisingly nice. Overall solid place to stay. Will return if available next time in Leadville.

Hi Rebekah,
Thank you for the 5 stars! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spacious deck, yard, and ample room for your dogs. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and it's always great. Everything is cleaned really well, lots of space, within 2 mins of downtown Leadville and about 10 mins to Cooper, fenced in backyard for the dogs! Overall, highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a loyal guest! We're thrilled to hear that you've enjoyed your stays with us and that everything met your expectations. We greatly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back for your next visit.
The home was spacious, with a big kitchen, huge basement, great fenced yard, and hot tub. The home could use some updates - particularly the bathrooms, but we were there for the company, the location, and to spend time outside and this property allowed us to do all of that! It’s right on the bike trail and less than a 10 minute walk to Harrison St. I would recommend!

We definitely enjoyed staying here.
Nice place to stay for couple days.
Fence in backyard definitely helps pets to run around.
We didn't had any pets in this stay though!

Hi Naveen, We're pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay! It's great to know that the fenced backyard added value even though you didn't have pets with you this time. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to host you again for another pleasant experience in the future. Thank you for choosing our place!
The property was clean and perfect for me and my friends. Not too far from the ski resorts, there is a grocery store in town, and there is a cute row of shops and ski rentals in town as well! Would absolutely stay here again.

Hi Patti and Paul, thank you for your overall feedback. We're looking forward to your come back.
Visited for my nephew's wedding. House looked recently remodeled (well done) and was very clean. Lots of gathering space with living room and lower level family room. Even had a packet of local coffee which was great. Quick walk to Main Street which was very convenient. Great option if we ever visit Leadville again. I would highly recommend.

Hi Declan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience at our property. We are glad to hear that you had a good experience overall and enjoyed the house.
Everything was great. The hot water heater was off when we arrived. The breaker had flipped off for that unit. We turned it on and everything started working fine.
