This is a great place to stay. Hotel prices in Gainesville were crazy high for UF graduation so we opted for a 30 min drive out of town. The house is spacious, great lake views and you're emerged in nature. Fishing should be great too, but we forgot to bring our fishing rods. We stayed there with 6 people.

Great house on the lake.

We loved the location of the house straight on the lake. It's very peaceful and you're in the middle of nature surrounded by birds, deer and much more wildlife in the direct neighborhood. Although we didn't get to fish, the lake looks like an amazing opportunity! The house is modern and comfortable and had more than enough space for the six of us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the House. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close enough to Gainesville that we could get to activities easily. It was quiet, and the lake view was beautiful. We loved the big kitchen and the big dining table. We are a family of 8 and it was perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice and quiet

No internet due to a broken cord, but the property manager was quick to try to find a fix. We stayed for my daughter's UF graduation weekend, so barely there anyway. Ample space for my family of 5. Comfy beds. Nice and quiet piece of property and an easy drive into Gainesville.

FISHING TRIP

FRIDGE HAD BEEN TURNED OFF --IT TOOK 24 HOURS TO REACH 40 DEGREES WISH IT HAD BEEN TURNED ON THE DAY BEFORE WE GOT THERE--LIGHTS ON FRONT PORCH AND BACK PORCH DID NOT WORK -- PICNIC TABLE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED -- OVERALL I ENJOYED MY TRIP WILL PROBABLY RENT IT AGAIN

It was very tight to bring in boat and trailer due to trees. Had to go to back of property to turn around. My boat trailer fell into a hole in backyard that broke trailer light, and tag off of boat. Cost me a evenjng of fishing, and 62.00 to fix light. That hole is dangerous.

We had a great stay at the house. The dock was nice and caught a few fish from it. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in any VRBO or motel stay. The kitchen was nice and really enjoyed the countertop air fryer. One ding was the dining room window treatments. 2 times one of them fell on my wife's head while trying to lower it. They are in rough shape. Other than that, we would highly recommend the house. Plenty of room for boat and vehicle parking. Quiet and peaceful.

There was no WI-FI. The network did not show up and when manually entered it stated it did not exist. The coffee pot was so filthy we purchased coffee out every day. The road leading to the house was unpaved making the pulling of our boat extremely slow.
