Gorgeous two-story, single family home with private pool set at the brand-new, gated community of Solterra Resort. The distinguished resort-style amenities and its convenient location makes for an enjoyable stay with a short travel distance to all of the world-famous attraction parks, restaurants, and shopping malls in the Orlando area.

The Space:

Guests can experience the bliss of a luxurious private villa and explore all the world-famous attractions of Central Florida. Guests will have memorable experiences at this dreamy vacation home.



Solterra Resort, one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando Florida area, features a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center, kitchen, a day spa, and a resort-style swimming pool. Child-friendly areas and multiple sports courts are also located within the community. The clubhouse and other entertainment spots are fully operative and offers tons of fun for entire family.



Its exclusive location in the Davenport area gives easy access to major Florida highways, such as, I-4, and US 192. Guests can explore nearby shopping malls, restaurants, nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options too! Guests are within minutes of world-famous attraction parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.



Luxuriously decorated, its design incorporates modern and contemporary chic aspects. This comfortable, private villa accommodates up to 11 guests.



The ground floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen with living and dining room overlooking the sunny private pool and spa in a screened patio that faces a lake. Guests can relax and enjoy a movie on a 65 Smart TV after a day of fun.



On this floor is the first master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed and 60 Smart TV. The laundry/dryer room is near by the kitchen.



There is also a screened pool and guests can choose to dine under the lanai.



The 1 car garage is accessible from the house, however fits a Star Wars Themed GameRoom for Kids entertainment. There are two open car spaces in front of the house and extra parking spaces in the community for the guests use.



The upper floor features the main master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed and 60 Smart TV. There is a Sports Themed bedroom with Twin-over-Queen Bunk bed, another Harry Potter Themed bedroom with two Twin Size Size beds, and a last Mickey Themed Bedroom with two Twin Size Beds. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs along with two more bathrooms.



This unique floor has an extra space where guests can watch their favorite TV show or movie on a 60 Smart TV.

* To access Solterra Resort amenities, there is a fee payable directly at the clubhouse. The fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more. This is a one-time fee for your entire stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
