We were a party of 5 and had plenty of room in the house. It was nice that we had enough bedrooms and bathrooms... and the beds were comfortable. Having a fenced yard for the pups was great. The house needs a deep clean particularly the carpets in the bedrooms.

Great property

Beautiful newer property. Had 8 adults for NAU graduation. Close to NAU. Spacious for all to have own bedroom for privacy. Property Manager responsive for questions. We would definitely stay again. Loved the property!

Excellent

This property comfortably accommodated four families including children ages 3 mo-3 years. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. A local point of contact messaged before our stay and was available throughout the weekend in case we needed anything or had any questions.

Convenient location and new construction

The location was a plus for us, convenient to NAU. The house was clean (which is most important to us) and spacious. Just an FYI, the listing says 2 kings and 2 queens. There is one king and 3 that seem like full beds rather than queens. The kitchen was well appointed and has several appliances like an InstaPot, etc. The outdoor fire pit is quite nice in the evenings. Overall, a good experience for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Family stay

The number of bedrooms and size of the house was perfect for the group we had. Each family had their own space. We had 7 adults and 5 kids under 7. The amenities in the kitchen were also nice and we enjoyed the backyard with snow. Neighborhood was great and someone shoveled the snow for us in the front yard. The only drawback was there was a lot of animal hair in the living room area. Some folks in our group are allergic to pet hair and it got all over clothing.

Brand new house

Very clean but this is a spartan brand new house. No dish soap, trash cans, paper towels etc. I wonder if they got the “Amazon turn your brand new construction into VRBO starter package”. Good size garage and they had someone shovel snow. Quiet neighborhood.

Here were our top issues with this property:* Urine stained carpets in the master bedroom and closet which included all bath mats. Their resolution after going back and forth with host and Evolve for days was to have the carpets professional cleaned which meant having the host, her two children and a rented rug doctor to attempt to clean, which still didn’t remove the urine smells. We were not able to use the master suite as intended for the three weeks were there because of the smell.* Construction just feet from the backyard. This is a very house dense neighborhood and a new subdivision is going in right across from the backyard. The main road behind the home is all torn up. Heavy earth movers, jackhammers (which literally made the plates rattle in the cabinets….that’s how close they were) are working all day.* Freight train is 1/2 mile away. At night, it sounds like the train is in front of the house.Host was very unresponsive and not truthful. There were other issues that needed to be fixed which caused several no shows. The home needs a deep down cleaning, along with a surface cleaning. Dirty floors, doors, cabinets, ceiling fans, appliances, food left in nightstands, and previous renters dirty underwear in the hamper. *Bottom line is we could have tolerated the uncleanliness, but not the urine smell. We spent most of our vacation going back and forth with Evolve and were treated with no respect. Stay away no matter their response to this review.
