The open and spacious floor plan features seaside and beach decor. The dining room has seating for eight with additional kitchen counter stools for four. Relax together with your family in the living room while enjoying the comfort of the large sectional sofa and take in a movie. Take your morning coffee on the balcony and feel the island breezes greet you. The home has an elevator for easy access to all three floors.

The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf. Two king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom three features a king bed with direct access through pocket doors to a hall bathroom. The final bedroom has a set of queen over queen bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The ground level is where the fun is! Take a dip in the pool, challenge the family to a game of ping pong or foosball in the game room or just relax poolside in the lounge area. Pool loungers, and an outdoor shower add to the outdoor experience.

Pack up the beach wagon with chairs and towels and head to Bean Point for the day! Beachology is quick bike ride to the many shops and restaurants on Pine Ave and the nearest stop for the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
