Sunshine, we’ve got it! Now all we must add is you and your family to this much sought-after vacation getaway, 125 Grand Pavilion! Conveniently located in the Grand Pavilion Community in Wild Dunes, this wonderful home is near restaurants, a spa, shopping, and two oceanfront pools.

125 Grand Pavilion has all the ingredients for the perfect summertime getaway! Highlighted by its location on the Boardwalk, 125 Grand Pavilion features 2,445 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and two decks, one with ocean peeks. The lower deck has direct access to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, which is your family’s path to the beach, pools, and excellent dining.

The interior of 125 Grand Pavilion is warm and welcoming. First, rain or shine, you might want to whip up a storm in the well-equipped, fully-renovated kitchen and serve dinner on the shady Boardwalk deck patio. Next, the living room is highlighted with comfortable furnishings and a large television. Finally, after a full day in the sun and surf has caught up with your family, there are four excellent bedrooms to choose from. The first bedroom is located on the main floor adjacent to the living room and kitchen. This relaxing bedroom has two queen beds and a full bath. On the second level of the home, there are two guest bedrooms, each with a private full bath. One bedroom has a king bed whereas the second features two queen beds. Finally, the top floor is highlighted with the master bedroom. This is a large suite that has a king bed, private deck, and a full bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower.

Beach access is easy at 125 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of the Wild Dunes community, a boardwalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass-covered dunes leading you to a wide sandy beach. On the way to the beach, you will discover two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach café, beach bar, ice cream shop, beach shop, and live entertainment during prime seasons. The Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion is a fantastic resort oasis and lots of fun.

125 Grand Pavilion is in the perfect location. Exploring Wild Dunes is fun and convenient. Just a few minutes walk from the Harbor Golf Course Pro-Shop where you will find the Dunes Deli, shopping, an outdoor basketball court, and children’s playground. The Sea Island Grill, the Coastal Provisions, and Hudson’s Market are all wonderful dining options located within a five-minute walk of 125 Grand Pavilion. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house was so close to the beach access which was great. The boardwalk and pool access was phenomenal. The layout of the house was great. We will definitely recommend it to others. My only negative was that the water pressure in the upstairs Master needs improved for both the shower and flushing the toilet. But we had a fabulous visit.

Very nice beach house

Overall we had a great time and the house was very nice. The house easily had enough beds for us, but the common areas were a little tight for that many. The house is in a community which offers pools and other amenities, is a short walk to the beach and is quiet and relaxing. The tradeoff is that it's about a 30-45 minute drive to many of the things we wanted to do, including downtown Charleston. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just something to consider.

Wild Dunes Family Vacation 2024

This location was perfect. Short walk on the Boardwalk to the pool and beach. Afternoon/Nightly music. Walking distance to other restaurants, The Market and Ice Cream Shop. Great memories made with family as we celebrated 3 birthdays.

Great family getaway

The location of this house is great. It was very clean and a great set up for two families to have plenty of space and enjoy our time together. Close to the beach and close to resort amenities.

Nice property

We rent in Wild Dunes often. This boardwalk home was nicely updated. It was a great space for our two families to spend the week. It would be nice if the kitchen was a little better stocked with more baking sheets/pans, measuring cups and mixing bowls. Overall, it was a great property.

This rental was perfect for a family vacation for its location, cleanliness & proximity to the beach

This boardwalk location was wonderful. Early morning & late night walks to the beach were amazing! Isle of Palm is so beautiful & the amenities surrounding our stay were such a treat from the pools to beachside bar/cafe! Perfect family getaway location. (Should note that there are lots of stairs.)
