This was just right for my husband and I and our adult daughter. Cute, very comfy, super quiet at night. Was a little worried about being able to park as I had to drive through a narrow entrance with a kind of large vehicle but it was perfectly fine after doing it once, no problem. Sweet outside area to sit too. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed staying at this AB&B.Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The street was quiet and I had no problems parking. The provisions made my stay simple. Groceries close by and I felt the community had a chill vibe. The decor was eclectic but very interesting. The place made me feel relaxed and safe.

Quiet peaceful getaway

This was a great place to stay for a few days as we attended a wedding in the area, it was quiet and in a beautiful location. Love the eclectic decor as well!

Look out for those extra charges!

Disappointed that we didn't notice until after we booked that though it is listed as "2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people", owners added 25 per night as an "extra person" charge. PLUS: Good location. Checking in and out was a breeze. Shower was good. There's a new-ish fridge.MINUS: Flat old pillows made for really uncomfortable sleep. We appreciate old furniture, but a refresh of all the bedding, and the throw pillows on the sofas, is in order.

Reasonable accommodation at affordable price

Considering this is in Marin county and we were not planning on entertaining or cooking here, this property fit our needs perfectly.

Pleasant stay

The hosts were attentive when needed and invisible otherwise. The rooms were eclectically decorated in a pleasant manner. There were only a few minor difficulties with the shades in the front room. Otherwise everything was provided for a pleasant stay and a very comfortable sleep. I would gladly recommend this place to others coming to the Novato area. The hosts, Jon and Dawn, were very considerate and pleasant to work with.
