Este hermoso, moderno, y estaba impecable casa frente al lago tiene 75 pies de nivel del lago frontal en una parte muy deseada de lago Owasco. La fachada del lago es muy plana y poco profunda para niños. También hay una terraza y el canal donde conducir en y enganchar un barco hasta.

El interior de la casa se encuentra un poco diferente ahora que en las fotos. Hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 en el vestíbulo y una mesa alta que los asientos de comer en la zona del desayuno por el programa de puerta corredera de cristal en la imagen. También hay una mesa con capacidad para 6-8 a cabo en la malla en porche.

Esta hermosa casa frente al lago está a pocos minutos del centro de Auburn y el centro Skaneateles. El centro de Auburn alberga el Teatro Festival de Música con 4 lugares diferentes, todos a corta distancia. Tanto Skaneateles y Auburn tienen grandes restaurantes. Relax en el lago durante el día y disfrutar de la cena y un espectáculo por la noche.

El frente de la casa cuenta con 2 dormitorios con 2 baños completos, chimenea, aire acondicionado y capacidad para 6 (2 camas de matrimonio y una cama doble). La sala de estar, comedor, cocina y todos tienen hermosas vistas del lago. Fuera de la cocina, hay una malla en porche que se abre a una terraza en expansión. Usted puede disfrutar de la cena cada noche por ahí por la puesta del sol. También hay una terraza frente al lago que se ve sobre el canal en el que se puede disfrutar de un cóctel y hermosas puestas de sol. El edificio parte trasera cuenta con un altillo con madera preciosa y un baño completo. El loft para 4-6. También hay un garaje individual por debajo de la buhardilla. Tanto la casa como el loft tienen cable y Wi-Fi.

Detrás de la casa, hay un montón pies 75 x 100 en la que se puede disfrutar de juegos de jardín y tertulias familiares.

También tenemos acceso a uno de los mejores campos de golf y exclusiva en Nueva York Central. Podemos programar una hora de salida para jugar por su petición.

Lakeside retreat

Stayed for a week with our 3 adult children. Lake was beautiful and the house was very nicely decorated and very clean. Had a wonderful time reading under trees, lounging by the lake, kayaking and splashing in the water. The screened in porch was very roomy and a wonderful place to hangout when raining. The detached loft over the garage was a very large space for several more people. Short trip to Auburn for groceries and Skaneateles with lots of restaurants and shops.Wonderful week!

Amazing Vacation Spot

My family and I had the most relaxing, peaceful vacation! The weather was wonderful and the property was just perfect for what we wanted. My only complaint is that we could not reach the property manager regarding a few questions we had. Aside from that, everything was excellent!

Sunsets and scenery

I rented a cottage for my family for a week. The setting was beautiful. Excellent sun sets. Lots of geese flock to the little island right off of the lakefront, and make for a cool experience. Close to Auburn and Skaneateles which is great, especially on rainy days. The dock area is nice to sit on and have a cocktail as you watch the sunset. The water is a little shallow which makes it tough to dock a boat. Overall, it is an excellent spot for a family, or group of friends, to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy beautiful sunsets, and evening conversations around the fire.

Loved the property and the main house. The garage Apt was mediocre.

Overall the house, the lake access was perfect. We loved the screened porch and the shaded lawn. The water was clear. The garage apt where four family members stayed was not cleaned well and had a damp smell. The bathroom was very small.

Feels like home

Great place to stay, great host, great location, great neighbors.... You never really know what you are getting. It was all we had hoped for and more. The lot level with the lake made it easy for older family members. Being air conditioned made it very comfortable for us spoiled transplanted southerners used to having it; especially me. The washer and dryer right there in the house was extremely convenient. All in all, the entire experience was great; did I say that already? Seriously, you can't go wrong with this rental. We will be back...

What an enjoyable stay we had!

Our family stayed for 6 days in this fantastic property by Lake Owasco. The listing was totally accurate and the location much better than the photos displayed on the website. What a nice surprise! Matt welcomed us so well and made every effort he could to make ourselves confortable. I wish we could all go to this house again.We will cherish the memories we built overthere as a family. Our children really wanted me to write this review as they enjoyed this place so much.

Mid-Spring Paradise

We went up for a weekend stay at the end of this April. I brought three of my children (ages 9 to 12) and our chocolate lab up for a fishing weekend getaway and we found a cozy, beautifully finished, modern and bucolic lake front home-away-from-home. The owner is immediately responsive to any and all needs/wants and the location, though nestled away, is only a minute from Tom Thumb's old fashioned indoor/outdoor hot dog/ice cream stand and 12 minutes from a Wegman's. The view of the lake here is absolutely its strongest selling point (the pictures of my children fishing silhouetted against the sunset are priceless). The home has recently been re-finished with hard wood surfaces, modern kitchen, comfortable furniture and large tv with FIOs cable and internet. One of the three bedrooms is a loft, complete with sitting area and its own bathroom, above a spacious garage; it gave the kids a sense of their own space ("the clubhouse") to hang out. The view from the living room window is a long, level backyard, leading to the shores of Owasco Lake. Outside, there is a huge screened-in porch with a table and chairs for eating outdoors. The attached back deck catches warming rays of sun by mid-day and throughout the afternoon, tempered by refreshing lake breezes. (My brother visited from a hotel in the city and remarked that the deck is the kind of place you could sit from morning coffee until evening dinner, watching the kids play while reading an easy paper-back.) The yard is expansive and there is a dock for mooring a boat and natural peers from which to cast a line into adjacent coves (where the fish were constantly jumping, driving the dog nuts). The weather was not warm enough yet, but the lake bottom here is soft stone, making it easy on the feet for young swimmers. The shore also has a bon-fire pit with collected dry wood to allow for warm evenings while enjoying the sounds of the lake lapping the shore and casting a line to catch the walleye that team closer-in at night. Overall, I did not give this the 5 stars it might otherwise deserve because the kitchen did not have a coffee maker and sauce pans I needed; which is likely because we were the first tenants of the new season, before a full amenity check could be completed. I am sure the owner will remedy this by the next visit and you may find a five-star experience awaiting. If you are heading to Upstate, think lake house before B&B, and definitely give this little treasure a try.

We own many rentals and pride ourselves on providing the best living experience for our renters. We bought this house as a summer home for us to rent out and also enjoy. We have a property manager who helps us make your stay an enjoyable one.

This property is on the flattest lake frontage on Owasco Lake. You can see up and down both sides of the lake from our frontage. It also is the perfect spot for to see the nicest sunsets from our deck every night while you eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail. We are also minutes away from one of the premier golf courses in Central NY.

Our house is air conditioned for those hot summer days. The loft provides privacy for families with kids and there is a huge lawn area on the side and also in the back of the house where you can enjoy family get togethers and yard games.
