Wonderful harbor view condo!!

Our family visited family over Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful harbor view condo! The condo was so tastefully decorated, kitchen well stocked and great stove/double oven! Beds very comfortable, lovely screened porch, great visit for our family!! Oh and stocked with fun family games!

This condo was very nicely appointed. It has a beautiful view overlooking the marina in St. James. We really enjoyed our stay and would urge anyone else looking for a place to stay in St. James to look here. The owners were great to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was clean, had a beautiful view of the marina, we loved the screened in porch/balcony and spent most of our condo time there. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and very bright, lots of natural light. Good parking and quiet surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Incredible view! Very comfortable beds, tiki bar steps from the condo, very clean, and well stocked. The only negative is that the beach access for guest had only a few parking spaces we could use. To go to the beach/pool was frustrating. We were never sure if there would be a space for us to park.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely marina-view condo. The location within St James could not have been better - close to Waterway park for walking and enjoying the intercoastal, as well as within easy walking distance to local dining at Beacon 315. The unit was beautifully furnished and was equipped with everything we needed including a brand new washer/dryer. Communication with the owner was very easy. We have stayed at numerous VRBOs around of the country and this is probably the property we enjoyed the most. Highly recommend! .

First let me emphasize how beautiful the view is at this property. Absolutely stunning! We were disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work, and although the local property owners were super friendly and responsive (they get a 5-star) we found the Evolve team didn’t want to work very hard to find the answers to our questions prior to the stay. Their responses were superficial and abrupt.

Nice condo

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the stay overall. Especially the screened porch and marina views. The beach club we didn't utilize since we weren't able to get parking nearby. That was the only pitfall. But overall it was a nice place.
