Book this since our family’s yearly rental house has become too small for the whole group. It worked out perfectly for us, being only 15 minutes away from everybody else. It allowed us our own privacy while still being close enough to be included with everything else. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and quick to respond to our needs. Lovely apartment for a couple to get away and relax.Great back yard view of the water and big boats.

Lovely stay near the bay

This is a very cozy place to stay in the Sneads Ferry area. We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and didn't really have time to stay at the place during the day, but I'm sure it would have been a fun place to stay and enjoy the many fun things to do in the area. The entry room would be a great place to play games and just sit and read. It's in a nice neighborhood and that would be fun to walk or bike around. It is so cute and nicely decorated. We will stay here again if we are near by. The hosts were lovely.
