PROS:
1. Private in-suite hot tub — never shared.
2. About 50 yards to the slopes at Granby Ranch.

CONS:
1. Garden-level unit — windows face the building walkway.
2. No A/C and no in-unit laundry — fans provided, coin laundry downstairs.
Please Note: We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of pet fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.
Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours, including the private hot tub room off the primary suite. Self check-in with a keypad smartlock — arrive on your schedule. Free parking in the lot steps from the building entrance, with a covered walkway to your garden-level door. Coin-operated laundry is downstairs in the building. After booking you'll receive a link to our digital guidebook with door codes, parking, and local tips.
The Neighborhood:
Base of Ski Granby Ranch — the run is about 50 yards away, and in summer the resort becomes a bike park, golf course, and fishing spot. Granby town (10 min) has City Market groceries and restaurants. Day trips: Winter Park Resort (30 min), Lake Granby boating (15 min), Grand Lake village (30 min), Rocky Mountain National Park's Grand Lake entrance (40 min), and Hot Sulphur Springs mineral pools (20 min).
Getting Around:
A car is the way to do Grand County — there's free parking in the lot by the entrance, and you're 2 hours from Denver/DIA via US-40 over Berthoud Pass (check conditions in winter storms). Once you're here, ski days need no driving at all: walk about 50 yards to the run, or 1 minute to the base lodge. Town runs to Granby take 10 minutes; Winter Park is 30 minutes for a second-mountain day. Rideshare is scarce in Grand County, so plan on driving to dinner.
Other Things to Note:
License Number 002788
Good to know before booking:
• No pets. The Mountainside is designated a condo-hotel (public accommodation under ADA rule): service animals are welcome with reasonable documentation, but emotional support animals are not permitted, as FHA rules do not apply to this property.
• No air conditioning — at 8,000 ft it cools off fast at night; three fans are provided.
• No in-unit laundry — coin-operated laundry is downstairs in the building.
• Garden-level unit: living room windows face the building's walkway.
• TVs carry basic cable and are not smart TVs.
• Hot tub is private to the unit and runs year-round; report any temperature issue and we'll respond same-day.
• After booking you'll receive an email link to our digital guidebook — this is the only way we share check-in details.

Perfect place for our young family of five. Listing and pictures are very accurate, kitchen stocked well, short walk to the slopes, not a great view but the closest condo to parking, comfortable beds, clean and updated. We would love to stay here again!

Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you enjoyed the property’s proximity to restaurants, hiking trails, the farmers market, and the local hot springs and national park. It sounds like you had a wonderful time exploring the area. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay!
The condo was great, had everything we needed, loved having our own hot tub. The actual property needs to be managed better, the parking lot wasn’t plowed well and was icy.

This roomy condo was easily accessible, and we were able to ski from the top of the steps right down to the slopes and on to the lodge. It is comfortably outfitted with all that we needed. Bring your own containers/wrap for leftovers.

I checked in just fine but was contacted after booking and told 24 hours before check in I could call for early check in….. I thought great that would be nice thank you….. only to find out I can check in before 4 but only at a cost….. overall check in was simple…. Put in door code and your in! We have stayed in the complex before so we know the location and amenities…. The condo is much smaller than the units we stayed in prior but this was our fault we just assumed from the pictures it was a similar floor plan….. this unit has no washer and dryer…. The hot tub room is only accessed through the master bedroom and you hear the hot tub running all night. The fireplace even after following directions never worked and after emailing management all we got were the same instructions and that there was a second source of heat. The hot pads had baked on food, dishes dirty, blender in cabinet visibly dirty, cabinet where toaster was covered in crumbs…. Only 2 kitchen towels, .. extra sheets in a wad in closet, dirty sock on floor with extra bedding, couch pretty flimsy and the master bed..husband laid down and got up and it was way indented and when I got in I felt like I was uphill from him. Very few necessities in the condo…. Quit small and needs a deep cleaning of all things in the kitchen and a new mattress in the main bedroom. Oh and the water in the shower didn’t seem to get hot. Nice condo, good price needs TLC! And someone to come address things when problems occur!

Hi Rachel,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay. We apologize for the cleanliness issues and are in the process of switching cleaning companies. Just to clarify we don't advertise there being a washer/dryer in the condo. Regarding the fireplace, we did follow-up and asked some questions to make sure everything's set but never heard back from you until check-out. Your comments are valuable, and we'll address them with management to ensure improvements are made.
