This historic Balboa Island 5 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom home located on the front row of Newport Harbor offers spectacular views of the boating activities and the harbor. There is access to the harbor beaches directly across from the front porch of this fully remodeled home. Amenities include a fully equipped updated kitchen, updated en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms, and a 5th bedroom as an oversized bonus children's room with bunkbed's and a TV den area. This is the absolute ideal family home.

This home is a Balboa Island rarity sitting on a double size lot with a large grass backyard and 3 car garage. The main level of this home is an absolute stunner with an open concept and a wrap around patio with sweeping views of the Newport Harbor. It has a built in dining area, comfortable living room and lots of large windows to take in the bay view. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms complete the bottom floor. As you head up stairs you're greeted with 2 master bedrooms with amazing views of the bay. A large bonus play room completes the upstairs and serves as the 5th bedroom. It's a child's dream room equipped with a TV, L-shaped couch and 2 full size bunk beds.

Wonderful Balboa Weekend

My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful weekend in Balboa at this stunning property. In addition to the unbelievable waterfront views, the home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated that it looks straight out of a movie. To our pleasant surprise, the home is also much larger than we anticipated -- everyone had plenty of room to congregate or spread out without feeling cramped. To that end, the home is very well appointed and came with everything we needed (if you enjoy cooking, you will love the kitchen appliances!). The check-in process was smooth and seamless; Julie, the property manager, was wonderful and so friendly -- we had such a great time meeting her! Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about this property and were sad to leave. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here and will most definitely be back!

Extremely pleased with our rental On Balboa Island!

Perfect location, easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Marine Ave. The house was extremely clean, very spacious and the views of the harbor were beautiful! Already planning our next trip to Balboa Island and renting the same house for sure!

This is a gorgeous home in a great setting. Beautiful amenities and well cared for. We had a large family and there was plenty of space. Julie was prompt in engaging us and showed us around the home & neighborhood to get us set up.

Great place for Corporate Group

I booked this home for a corporate retreat and it was the perfect setting. All the feedback I received was excellent - great location, very peaceful, decor and outdoor spaces were terrific. Perfect home for groups with 7 adults, everyone had their own space to retire too. Working with the property manager was a breeze. Quick thorough responses, very accommodating. I would book this home again should the group return to the area.

Great for mother-daughter trip!

This is a great house right on the boardwalk! We were a group of 4 moms and 4 teen girls visiting for a long weekend. Each mom had her own room with bath and the girls shared the bunk room. There’s a great porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the harbor, the breeze and the sunsets. It’s a quick walk to the passenger ferry over to the beach and a quick walk the other direction to Marine Ave which is full of restaurants and cute shops. Highly recommend renting a Duffy Boat (we used Voyager, right next to the ferry) for a fun harbor cruise. The house has a fire pit, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and yard games…and a three-car garage, if you’re renting a car. Julie, the property manager is very friendly, responsive and helpful! Enjoyed our stay so much!

Thank you so much for allowing us to host our yearly family trip here. It was exactly what we needed! This house is so beautiful and had everything you needed. The backyard was a great addition and change of scenery when needed. Perfect for football season! The kids room was a huge hit. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Home Great for Extended Family!

This was our 2nd time staying at the property and it was better than the first. The property manager, Julie, met us and walked us through the house which was sparkling clean. We had plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and four kids. The bunk room for the kids and the fact that there is an enclosed grassy backyard keeps them entertained when they aren't on the beach. Great location and everything you could possibly want available in the home. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and dual washer/dryers for any laundry needs. Overall 5+ stars!

Sun, beaches,Disney,Legoland, sunsets and Harbor views

All communication was precise. Julie met us at the house on time with instructions. We had 6 adults and 7 kids stay and the accommodations were just perfect for a family trip. The family room was large for all of us to gather and the kitchen area. The outside space was so relaxing with many seats. The kids room is great upstairs! All beds were comfortable. The backyard area was wonderful in that it is fenced in with a grassy area for kids to play while adults relax. They had toys for the children and adults to play volleyball and badminton. It also has a TV for the grill masters or anyone needing to getaway. The bathrooms all had large showers off of every room, including both downstairs. The location on the island is convenient also and a big plus is having a three car garage. It was quiet at night and felt very safe. We loved our family time. We would book this again for a family trip.

Celebrating my 50th with family

This house was clean, organized, absolutely beautiful and right on the water with the best views. The walkway around Balboa Island was a great stroll morning, noon and night. The main street with all the shops and restaurants is about 4 blocks away. Having 3 garage spaces and a spot on the street in front was fantastic. It was my 50th birthday and family came from all over. The beds were so comfortable, everyone commented on how well they slept. We had wood delivered and made a fire out front every night. It was a very special weekend and we all want to come back!! 5 stars for sure!

Fabulous home!

Can't say enough about this home! It's perfect in every way! Clean, modern equiptment, beautifully decorated, well equipted, awesome location, and the beds are unbelievablely comfortable with luxury linen. First class in every way and if that wasn't enough you have access to 4 parking spots!!! Love it and have booked again next month!

Great Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our mostly adult family of 8 plus 2 children. It end perfect for family gathering and personal privacy. Each room was a suite. We loved it. There were some supplies that were a little limited (such as paper towel, dishwashing soap and trash bags). Other than that one little recommendation it was perfect.
